Making HHO Generator Fuel Cell Hydrogen. Electrolysis

- Hello again friends. In this video I will show you some small improvements of a hydrogen generator of mine. I modified the expansion vessel in which the electrolyte was and I went a little to the design because as you can see, I really like that my works look good. 316L stainless steel plates are the same with the dimensions of 50X50 and 1 mm thick. The hydrogen generator consists of 9 316l stainless steel plates, in the following order: two plus and one minus plates and the remaining 6 are neutral (+ n n n - n n n +). When I say that a plate is neutral, I mean that it has no contact on it, but automatically forming the electrolysis of the other two plates from transmitted externalities and in those current plates, so an electrolysis occurs between those plates. This hho generator is the smallest of mine so far and for how small it is I think it has a very good efficiency, a very good hydrogen production. The insulation on the assembly screws is insulation that floats to insulate the electrical cables, it is much better than an insulating tape that I have used so far. It is very simple to use, it is placed on the object and heated to mold it. The electrolyte also consists of distilled water and potassium flakes, except what I used for the other hydrogen generators, of course in a much smaller amount because this generator is very small. The test in this video was done with a current of 12v and 4.5 amps, I did not use an amp regulator because the test was quite short so I did not need an electrical balance. Given that the electrolyte thickens, the water changes its thickness for a long use. It is recommended to use a PVM. I also made a few small explosions with a match and as you can see even though it is so small this device produces very well and it was a small big explosion so to speak. I use 12 v. the more amps the more hydrogen but you must not exceed the resistance of the generator
I have watched some videos and some were using + in the center and two - at both ends, 1 positive 2 negatives, which is opposite of yours, which one is better and produces more gas?

So here's my big question.... I've been tracking this hho vs gasoline for awhile now. I'm all in. But, when I contact these different companies... they tell me that their systems are a hho mix. Not 100% hho for some reason. So, I've also been checking into gas vapor systems. If I can't run 100% hho, can I run a hho/gas vapor mix instead of gasoline out of the factory fuel cell? I hope that makes since
Okay, I like your question. Yes you can run an engine only with hho or pure hydrogen, the only thing you have to do is change the air parameters that must be changed anyway when you invert an engine from gasoline to hho or pure hydrogen. Basically it is the same as with car gas, if you already have a gas system on the car then it is much easier to make your car run only oe hho, you need a generator or more that will produce 1.5 bar continuously maybe even less. This is my plan but I am stuck a little now, I hope to finish this project someday
It is not necessary to make pure hydrogen, it is more complicated, you can run with a trick, the engine also needs oxygen to burn

I have a question sir,will using of stainless steel as anode produce hexavalent chromium and if it will then how to prevent it,cause chromium is dangerous waste especially hexavalent chromium,maybe using some kind of stainless steel without chromium?
Any kind of metal can be used, the problem is that it does not last long.

You can use it without any risk but only for a low fuel consumption because this generator is very small

@@samyvijay9620 You need a safety control relay if you can't get a pvm. You can control the amps by the distance of the plates, I think it draws too many amps, or by less concentrated electrolyte

See also reference on S1R9A9M9 and his Briggs 18HP mower engine that ran on water 2008. 2 TH-cam videos - run videos at slow speed . 10 amps through zero ohms spark plug along with water in carb forms water vapor pressure and hydrogen gas. Battery start, battery removed. Alternator runs conversion circuit. His 1978 El Camino car v8 got 18MPG on water for 3000 miles before locked up in storage. Circuit used 400watt inverter and diode to 2MH dual coils relay per cylinder and 6-7amps current. Web site shut down. 4kohm resistor can be removed only from same reach Champion spark plugs.
