Our company switched to this time lock … sometimes the machine doesn’t read my finger .. what gives??? I know you’re not suppose to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands with before clocking in/out

I'm having this problem to, HR is going to unenroll my fingerprint and re enroll me again, hope it's better this time, it took me 3mins.one day to clock out
