So I enrolled all of the employees, but it just signs them in without making them use their finger prints. How do I make it so it requires a finger print to clock in and out?

Hello, the function keys need to be programmed in the software and pushed down to the timeclock for them to be seen at the clock. It sounds like the timeclock has not been fully configured.
Hello. I emailed you on Thursday, June 09, 2022, but haven't received a response. I have been trying to learn the system of the InTouch 9100. Right now, I'm trying to learn how to setup myself as a manager in the software and in the clock, so I can enroll employees and have them do a successful punch that will be able to communicate with the software. I just completed reviewing your TH-cam video on the Biometric Enrollment Tutorial. However, I don't know how to make sure my employee badge number is programmed in the software and in the clock. I also don't know how to create the Manager Login Password. Would you be able to assist me with all of the above issues? I have additional questions that I hope you will be able to assist me with. My tech knowledge is beginner to mediocre. Thank you.
Hi Benny - The manager settings are typically turned on from the software -- we suggest that you reach out to your company administrator for assistance in getting set up in the time clock. You may already be working with another vendor but please feel free to call our office at (610) 624-3000 if you already have an account set up with us. Thanks!!

When I enter manager mode there is no buttons for things like enroll employee, etc, can anyone help me
