I am trying to drill a 2.2mm Fiber Glass sheet, The thing is that when the tool breaks through the material all the way, some material is chipping off too from the bottom side of the sheet, it is like the material is breaking or something and leave me with a not good looking hole. I was reading about the Break through option to see if I can make a good quality finish for the hole. Any Ideas about using the break through option? the diameter of the hole is 3mm. And I might test the circular pocket milling to receive better results. Again thanks for the great info. I would really love to hear your thought on this.

Hi Lars. Will they add a check box to add E to the drill cycle. Haas use it to reverse the spindle to stop swarf wrapping on drills

Hi, I don't get the boring from bottom. I cannot imagine that. If you'll start at bottom, you will cut the hole in one circle pass, or did I miss something? Why then go all passes up?

I actually had relief on part of the cutter, so only the last .250 of the cutter touches the wall. Then spiral up
3:40 exactly. default it should be just do it.this is hole this is tool.do it. funny things can enable with check boxes. this should be default for every operation. do it as i told. dont cut model. all special things should be hidden in menus.only need model ,tool and feature to cut.if cam is smart it do it.i wish no red red red.what? should it not cut in model?

I use a Macbook 2.9 Intel Core 7. 16 Gb RAM Radeon Pro 560
9:33 most annoying thing in fusion is these. should need them. model is there. model have top and bottom. feature has bottom. this is tool cut it! if any some weird reason need special. click advanced hidden menu and enable things. default should so so easy. just do it.like manual mill.other ways is SLOWER than first lace just punch data on cnc machines from drawing that customer allready made.no need draw model again. i have all measures allready 99.999% times
