Thank you for your videos. My daughter found you and sent me the link. I match with at least 80% of the symptoms of high functioning anxiety that you describe (as does she) - and this has come at just the right time. I'm relieved, in so many ways. I'm mentally, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted 😏 And, like you, I recently lost interest in and passion for my work. It was like sinking into a pit of mud. I have already taken some productive steps - and I feel hopeful now. I was tired of being such a monster to myself!

Can't say No. That's definitely an issue. I'll help anyone, anytime, and will put me last all the time. At work, it's nearly impossible to say no, partially because of the culture and a lot because i have made myself the guy who will always do it, smiling externally and stressed out internally. 😢

It can be easy to get stuck in the trap of always saying yes, especially when others come to expect it from you... but it is entirely possible to build the muscle of listening to yourself so you can only say yes when you actually can help or want to help!
