Each batch of rice used multiple CUPS full of rice bran oil (I forget how many exactly but it was at minimum 2 cups, could’ve easily been even 4 cups, and for some reason some grill cooks like to put more oil than prescribed because they thought it tasted better) each batch of rice makes roughly 10 1/6th pans which are the metal pans the menu items are serve in. Since I have been watching ypu videos I have stopped going to any fast food place you have went to. Keep these info videos coming. You have helped my wife and I tremendously. I am also going to pass these along to the rest of my fam.
Worked next to a chipotle and a Jamba Juice, chose the Jamba juice almost every time. Kept my figure, the ones eating chipotle everyday had a harder time keeping the weight off… go figure- matcha green tea was my favorite ❤️ would only eat half a bowl if I had it! Yes and when they came out with the salad bowls I would have that instead!
Thank you for doing a great break-down of the components in the burrito. Seed oils are the worst and I’m glad you covered them and gave additional info. ❤
Yesss preach. Your diet has been amazing for me and now when I eat a Chipotle burrito I can feel how much shittier it is. My body feels slower and more gunked up compared to how I normally feel when eating your diet. No more Chipotle for me
This makes sense why every time after eating at Chipotle, I would get a horrible stomach ache, no matter what I ordered. We haven’t eaten there in over 3 years after I got salmonella food poisoning. I lost 9-10 pounds in a few days and that was the final straw for me.
Paul you were sent from God to help us. Thank you for answering your call. I have Celiac disease and am planning to try a temporary carnivore diet to assist in the healing of my small intestine, I hope to be able to return to eating fruit and honey assuming my body hasn't created antibodies against them.
I also have Celiac. Where would you get the notion that Celiac has caused your body to create antibodies against other foods? There is no evidence of this happening as a result of Celiac. Stay away from gluten and gluten contamination.
I have heard good stories from people with celiac disease healing from animal based diet. I'd try carnivore for 2 weeks then re-incorporate fruits, honey, and raw dairy if you have access to it as well.
Very impressive Paul. Love how he just blends in like the oils and nobody really notices.😊 Keep up the fight and nobody needs to eat three meals a day. I eat once a day and then a day with no eating during the week. Its mostly all lies out there but thats why we have Paul.
All fast food and most restaurants douse their food in seed oils and other synthetic, unhealthful concoctions. Even in an out burger, which I consider to be the highest quality fast food, cooks their fries in sunflower oil. The only way you can be sure that only natural and healthful foods are going into your body is to buy your food yourself and cook it yourself at home. it’s a lot of work and it takes time to get used to, but it’s well worth it.
Not everyone can handle that much sugar. Yeah I know it's "natural" sugar. This guy has the metabolism of a Ferrari. Doesn't seem to bother him. I cant do it.
Gluten is a natural thing in most natural grown foods eaten by humans for thousands of years. No, it won't mess up your gut,all of us eat gluten daily that we don't realize. I do eat home made pita from organic red, rye, and khorasan wheat. Absolutely thriving. Organic wheat does have lots of nutrients.
The narrator towards the end of the video mentioned butter and tallow as better alternatives to the oils. With Chipotle being a supposed Mexican restaurant, lard would be ideal. I believe they used to cook the pinto beans in lard but stopped for some ungodly reason. Interestingly, B-Dubs of all places uses tallow as their primary cooking fat.
Great video Paul, may I ask something off subject, I'm taking 60g of honey every day after hearing you recommend it for pre diabetics and now I've just heard a glucose expert say fructose is extremely bad for our ATP which will destroy our mitochondria, this may be worth a video response if you hear this

Is it safe to add in this thread that we are made up of different blood types, ethnic back grounds, ph balances etc. Its ok to know the ingredients to foods and be mindful of what we eat..But in todays society of corporate greed, even our healthy foods are at risk down to the seed. I think you leave a lot of info on the table when it comes to human adaptation and physiology. I love your effort to promote awareness of ingredients in our foods that we consume. Theres a huge market opportunity for restaurants that are seed oil free and animal based , im working on the concept for a animal based restaurant with organic ingredients and plantain buns instead of bread for burgers.
I’ve thought about that. It doesn’t even need to be all organic. Just the stuff that’s on the dirty dozen can be organic. And no seed oils. I’d eat there all the time. I don’t even go out to eat anymore cause it’s all shit ingredients and seed oils
This is why I spend it in the store for ingredients that are wholesome and create meals for me and my husband even if it takes hours of one day a week to do so. Today I made barbecue ribs(sprouts brand), roasted green beans( organic), baked acorn squash and spaghetti squash, baked yukon potato, and meatballs. Sufficient for one week. I know what is in my food and I used olive oil at a minimum. How hard can it be? My lunches for work are 100% home cooked. While raising my son, fast food was a rare and thing.
I love chipotle and it's definitely better than most fast food restaurants health wise. However, if they cooked all their food in olive oil or maybe beef tallow... I think I would eat chipotle significantly more often.
They also like to put caandida (extra 'a' added to avoid detection) in your "paleo bowl." I had a reaction after eating it which can only be attributed to that. How many other unlisted "ingredients" are going into your food at these big chain restaurants? I wouldn't trust any of the processed foods at the grocery store either. Purchase only single ingredient foods and cook them yourself.
@@Gabrielle-j9z Yes, I'm serious. I'm very strict with my diet and rarely ever eat out, but I was out of town that day. The next day after eating the "paleo bowl," I had the worst itching and burning on my rectum, after going to the toilet (a sign of caandida). I had my gut proper with probiotics too, and that's why I had such an intense reaction -- the environment wasn't suitable for the caandida. Most people won't have such a reaction if they aren't strict like me. People are being seeded with these things, and all it takes is a round of antibiotics or heavy metal poisoning (which is what happened to me about 6 months after this incident) for them to take over your gut.

Are there any "fast food" restaurants that don't use seed oils??? 🤔I suppose by fast food I mean a place where you can pick up food or get it delivered.
Cava’s Braised Lamb doesn’t contain oil. The only problem is you can’t have it with rice but you could have it with SuperGreens,Arugula, Baby Spinach, Romaine or SplendidGreens.
Buffalo Wild Wings, and Popeye's both fry in beef tallow. I only buy fries/fried chicken from these places when feeding the family. Certain foods like the shrimp at Popeye's is prebreaded with oil (I think canola), but I stick to chicken. Also any fat based sauce/dip will use vegetable seed oils so I stick to dryrubs with sugar based sauces.
I typically just get a double quarter pounder with cheese using the McD app. There's a small amount of oil in bun, but I usually just eat the meat part and toss the bun. also there is high fructose corn syrup in the ketchup, so I usually just order no ketchup.
My diet is pretty much rice, chicken and avocados and eggs/banana / or vegan pro shake in the morning . Chipotle is the meal I love to get post workout ( beans on it ) with their tortilla chips on the side. If I didn’t eat something addicting like chipotle my diet would be sooo boring to stick too but this is at least better then me eating burgers and gluten from McDonald’s or other fast food spots. Thank you for sharing info about brown rice, I had no idea. If I get chipotle I usually get the burrito bowl & skip the tortilla. I've known about all the bad things with canola oil for a long time now, it's truly difficult to avoid & I would NEVER purchase canola, super gross stuff.
Yeah, cut up onions, peppers, chicken, beef, garlic, cook rice, some good seasoning, lettuce or soft taco shell whatever … in a large amount placing some in the fridge to eat that week and the rest in the freezer to warm up next week.
The sauce for the chicken is also from seed oil. For anyone who's not aware, black beans are even higher in plant estrogen than soybeans. I believe flaxseed is one of the worst if not THE worst.

Saying that brown rice has 80% more arsenic than white rice doesn’t mean much if we don’t know the absolute amounts of arsenic. A hundred percent more could be the difference between .0001 and .0002.
Consumer Reports tested numerous brands of brown rice and found levels of arsenic above the safe limits. Heavy metals in rice, especially in brown rice, is something to be aware of. I am not a fan of rice but if you are going to eat, I would make sure to buy only white rice and rinse it thoroughly before cooking.
@@Paulsaladinomd Wait.. I wasnt aware of brown rice having more heavy metals... Why does it even have heavy metals to begin with? Rice is the biggest staple in Food! Esp in chinese/asian foods.
@@ravenstarfire8816Arsenic and other heavy metals are naturally found in the soil. Some regions have a greater concentration in the soil than others. Also, mining industries have exacerbated the levels of heavy metals in the topsoil. Since rice crops grow in flooded fields, they accumulate more of the arsenic in their bran. The lowest levels of arsenic were found in rice grown in Pakistan, India, and California.
Beyond Meat just released declining revenues, and they blamed "misinformation" regarding their products. So now they're going to start a marketing campaign promoting how "healthy" their stuff is. Rolling my eyes over here.
Nothing new, their stocks have been plummeting for a while now and the attempts to sell it as "healthy" has also been tried, e.g. by paying for studies, msm articles, influencers etc.
My grandparents, grand-grand parents. grand-grand-grand ... used sunflower oil for generations (as did everyone else in their village). It was cold pressed though, completely unrefined, and had a wonderful smell and taste (the one you find today in shops is tasteless and odorless for ... reasons). They didn't have diabetes, or heart problems, were slim and lived well for 80+ years. I ate it when I was a kid and I still remember how tasty it was, especially in salads. It's very difficult to find that kind anymore (unrefined, cold pressed) but if I will, I'd eat it with joy and without any problems or second thoughts. The experience of past generations beats everything the current science says on this particular oil (though I admit that unrefined and cold pressed is a whole different thing than the ultra-refined version available today).
I recall Dave Asprey talking about chipotle looking into moving away from seed oils. Can’t remember what the alternative was, but something novel he was interviewing a guest about
After all of the bashing of seed oils (which I 100% agree with), you're gonna give the burrito away and just skip over mentioning all of the germs on your hands after you touched the tortilla 🤣
I had no idea brown rice is worse then white rice, technically brown rice is more wheat oriented which is healthier then white rice. But didnt know it has more arcenic in it. And Who knew Chipolte is loaded with seed oils?? Not to mention full of MSG.. the secret addicitive ingredient in all fast foods. McDonalds owns Chipotle as they were bought out a few years ago, so now its a branch of McDonalds. Im sure cheaper ingredients including the oils were also put in to cut costs for more profit.
Asians eat white rice for thousands of years, there’s a reason for that, me myself only eat white rice, washed thoroughly to reduce chemicals, as my ancestors do

Thank you Paul
That explains why I feel sick to my stomach after I have eaten a burrito bow. I have not been back. Your info is incredible. Thank you!
Used to get a chipolte probably 3x a week a few years ago. Would feel like total sh*t about 30 mins after eating. Came to the conclusion that some kind of seed oil and/or gluten was piled in there. Havent been back in a couple years
I thought that I became allergic to avocado. Now I know why.
I eat there about once or twice a month. Used to go as much if not more than you though.
Could've been "natural flavors" which are usually high in msg
Since I have been watching ypu videos I have stopped going to any fast food place you have went to. Keep these info videos coming. You have helped my wife and I tremendously. I am also going to pass these along to the rest of my fam.
Worked next to a chipotle and a Jamba Juice, chose the Jamba juice almost every time. Kept my figure, the ones eating chipotle everyday had a harder time keeping the weight off… go figure- matcha green tea was my favorite ❤️ would only eat half a bowl if I had it!
Yes and when they came out with the salad bowls I would have that instead!
Jamba tastes pretty good but it doesn't really fill you up the way a burrito would.

Yesss preach. Your diet has been amazing for me and now when I eat a Chipotle burrito I can feel how much shittier it is. My body feels slower and more gunked up compared to how I normally feel when eating your diet. No more Chipotle for me
Fun fact; looked up how to make barbacoa and made my own "chipotle bowl". It was delicious and I used no seed oils to cook it.
Thank you Dr. Paul, you’re a hero
This makes sense why every time after eating at Chipotle, I would get a horrible stomach ache, no matter what I ordered. We haven’t eaten there in over 3 years after I got salmonella food poisoning. I lost 9-10 pounds in a few days and that was the final straw for me.
next day stomach ache from chipotle every time . the chicken makes it worse.
It's so sad that they put oil in the rice. It used to just be salt, lime juice and cilantro.

Oh please 🙄
Not true, In N Out uses sunflower oil...I worked there.

Love chipotle burrito! Makes me starving!!! 🤤😊

The narrator towards the end of the video mentioned butter and tallow as better alternatives to the oils. With Chipotle being a supposed Mexican restaurant, lard would be ideal. I believe they used to cook the pinto beans in lard but stopped for some ungodly reason. Interestingly, B-Dubs of all places uses tallow as their primary cooking fat.

never been to a Chipotle. I'm glad for that now.
The rice has rice bran oil, the salad dressing has rice bran as well.

The beans have a blend of vegetable and soybean oils.

Is it safe to add in this thread that we are made up of different blood types, ethnic back grounds, ph balances etc. Its ok to know the ingredients to foods and be mindful of what we eat..But in todays society of corporate greed, even our healthy foods are at risk down to the seed. The human body is smarter than we know. I've witnessed people in my circle lose weight from eating Chipotle alone..
I don’t even go out to eat anymore cause it’s all shit ingredients and seed oils
you wont succeed tho, the market for healthy option is a very small minority.
Greta, Gates, and the WEF will do everything to close that animal based restaurant.
Good luck with that! The overhead will kill you quicker than the seed oils!!!

And the prices would skyrocket, and everyone would whine about it, lol.
Can’t eat anything without this guy exposing it.. I ate there yesterday and I felt great. One few places I can eat and I don’t feel like shit lol.
I get chipotle once a week for lunch and I’m not ashamed, much better than almost every other fast food place out there

Are you serious

I am not a fan of rice but if you are going to eat, I would make sure to buy only white rice and rinse it thoroughly before cooking.
theres a reason cultures have been removing the hull of the rice for thousands of years
@@Paulsaladinomd Wait..

Just the smell of that garbage cooking is utterly revolting. No idea how anyone eats that.
👍
