I completely agree with you on the ceramic bezel on the Dayton. In 2016 I had both pieces in my hand and with only a 1K difference in price. I chose the steel 116520. I liked the more classic look.
The brand makes some truly amazing pieces! The Galet Square is definitely my favorite to wear, the cushion case shape allows it to wear so comfortably. -Brandon
A nice collection of a reserved theme today. Several real values, the Breitling Super Ocean could be mistaken for a GO Sea-Q and the level of finish on the AP Extra Plat is remarkable. The DB22 is quite interesting while still looking earthbound and the Laurent Ferrier Galet is a study in understatement. Of course a Duometre always draws the eye. Thanks for putting this together.

High there Tim , a question , will the lume used on modern watches deteriorate with time and change colour in the way that happens on vintage watches ? Also how is lume made ? and is there a limit on what colours it can be ?

Damm! That AP Extra Plat got me off guard. Beautiful piece and the price isn’t as expensive as I thought.
The 1/6th second hand seems to pause at different positions around the sub dial. Is this a video rendering thing or is it really doing that?

I was under the impression that TH-cam's compression would wreck 4K before the image reached the user interface. Not true?
