Technically they could do a Spider-man vs. Carnage omnibus to give us the orphaned issued 251 to 393. It's an odd time, but one that still gets lots of love. I mean we have 2 freaking clone saga omnibuses and an upcoming Ben Reilly Saga one...so anything is possible. :)

I don’t own the Larsen or Michelinie omnis and the venomnibus has a lot of one shots I wasn’t a fan of so this omnibus was perfect for me. All the Venom stories I grew up with and didn’t own yet. The stories in this omni made me fall in love with comics

Near Mint Condition I noticed that too that those important Eddie issues weren’t there. But other than that I’ve been loving the presentation. I always wanted those other omnis but it was a good thing I held out for this one.

Only issue I have with my copy is the eye is perfect but for some reason I guess from flipping threw it the spine of my book raises with the sown binding. But the layout, pages themselves are 👍

Very little. This is more about Carnage believe it or not. It contains Maximum Carnage and some other stories not in the other two books. Like 374 and 375 that set up the first Venom Lethal Protector mini.
This book isn't all over the place, ya dingus! It's just a through-line of everything Venom related for Venom through Maximum Carnage. It's essentially a Venomnibus that collects all the appearances he had in comics that weren't his own title. I hope they continue to release omnibuses like this, where it just collects everything for a specific character. *kisses*

For Spiderfans that don't want to buy 2-3 omnibus there are always the gorgeous and cheap epic collections covering the same era in chronological order without gaps and with annuals. Now let's see if they publish a Michelinie Bagley omnibus! And then a DeFalco Frenz omni ("Hobgoblin Saga" / "Alien Costume"?) bridging the gap between Stern omni an McFarlane (probably split in two books).

I just finished reading this omnibus. I personally loved it and its my favourite omnibus that i’ve read so far (out of 4) lol.

I'd go with the Michelini/MacFarlane omnibus. That one was out of print for so long and it contains the earliest Venom appearances.
