Your gardener charges you too high a price, you dont even need a gardener, when you want your garden cleaned you just hire someone for a day and pay only tzs 20000 at highest
I stayed for a year and overstayed I paid $600 each to leave. You can only stay for 120 days that 3 month then 1 extension. You can go to a neighboring country like Kenya then come right back. Or become and resident and stay. More info is online.

But 99 years money would be like paying 1 month rent in an apartment in the US . There's nothing to lose other than over spending in the US and living a much lower quality life where we work work work work like a slave .
