ORANGE & DARK CHOCOLATE TART

Lakis indulges his passion for chocolate and orange with this deliciously decadent tart that will wow your taste buds for sure! Between the zingy tartness of the orange curd filling and the rich, smooth dark chocolate ganache topping, this is a tart for a special occasion...and Valentine's Day is only just around the corner! It's easily made a day ahead, making it a perfect choice for entertaining. TIP: Make extra orange curd while you're at it...it keeps well in a jar in the fridge (about 2 weeks) and you can use it for a whole host of things such as a spread on bread/toast, scones, crumpets, waffles etc. ; to flavour desserts and yoghurt; in cheesecake or as a filling for a layer cake/cup cakes etc...get inventive with this useful citrus condiment!
