Jeff (ably helped by chief "taster" Chris Phillip..watch out for a cameo from him!) gives us a masterclass on one of his favourite dinner-party desserts. Impressive both on flavours and also looks, this delightfully light and smooth posset-style pudding has the ideal contrast of seductively sweet citrus infused cream, topped with a thin layer of sharp, unsweetened citrus jelly. A perfect dessert for entertaining, as it can be made ahead...leaving you more time to enjoy with your guests!
