I just found your channel and I just finished watching all of your weight loss journey videos for the month! I’m also on a weight loss journey and finding people who upload their progress weekly that are short and sweet with their weight is hard to find so I’m loving your videos! I hope you continue to upload every week because I’ll definitely be following along! My weigh in days are Monday and I was down 2.8 pounds 🎉 wishing us both the best of luck on our health journeys for 2024 💪🏻

I wonder if the weight gain is partially because you are stressing your muscles. You're creating little tears in your tissue which is what you want to get stronger but then the body does hold on to some water to take care of the muscles and all.
You are 100% right about the micro tears and the subsequent water weight. This does help me feel a little better about the weight gain, but I know I need to pay more attention to my meals. Hopefully the water weight will come off soon 🤞🏽🤞🏽(plus some fat 😅)

No worries with the weight gain you got this. I'm still not doing so great but today is a new day. No weight gain for me but no loses either
