- Join us on a hunting trip in the mountains of Chihuahua, Mexico, as we track down the elusive Coues deer, also known as the 'grey ghost' of whitetails. These deer are the smallest subspecies of whitetails in the world, and live in the desert, making them incredibly hard to find.
After two weeks of tough hunting, we managed to bag two nice bucks, one of them being a massive Coues deer. Come along for a real hunting adventure filled with challenges and rewards in the beautiful Mexican wilderness!

That second buck has to be one of the biggest if not the biggest course deer I’ve ever seen taken. Congrats on a great hunt and man what a heck of a shot on the second one!

As a self-proclaimed Coues fanatic, watching this video really made me happy knowing you had the opportunity to experience hunting my beloved Grey Ghost in some of the most beautiful country to do so!... Especially considering I was fortunate to hunt in your neck of the woods this past March for chamois and fallow with an old buddy of yours, Santi 😊. Coues deer are definitely one of if not the most challenging deer species to hunt in North America. They blend in and disappear so well its crazy, but makes for a super fun and challenging hunt! What an adventure & place to hunt. Had to be a absolute blast for you! Nice buck too, will provide some quality protein & great memories!
