Yes, as a true-blue American, I love our national anthem too. But I still always have found it funny how Leslie Nielson sings it here. How he couldn't get all the words right, such as "🎵..and the bombs in the air..". And then one line, "🎵..uh, la da da da da da..", lol. And then how the entire octive goes up one key halfway through the song, but he continues singing it on the original key, singing it off one key, haha, lol
Good old America, died together with Leslie Nelson. The genre of parody was annihilated, society zombified, needing warning: "The material is considered humorous. Not to be taken seriously."
HE WAS IN A MOVIE CALLED THE FORBIDDEN PLANET AND HE WAS THE COMMANDER OF A SPACE SHIP AND ROBBIE THE ROBOT WAS IN THIS MOVIE AND I'VE GOT THIS MOVIE ON DVD 😁
Such a classic with non-stop laughs and a remake is seriously coming out next year with Liam Neeson as Drebin jr. Neeson is not known for comedy roles. Good luck
