Hi again! :) I just LOVE your clear instructions! Even mentioning and showing to simply cut off the thick stems of dill, and not having to go through the tedious job of removing the leaves one by one (yep...I used to do that!!!) is so valuable and helpful.
I think you're my favorite TH-camr. Thank you for delivering something like this so consistently ❤️. I'm about to deliver a child and I am going to really keep my body nourished while I heal and breastfeed. I'm definitely going to be eating these recipes
I'm so so happy to read that! Never put nourishing yourself on the backburner because of baby. It's a vicious circle. If you don't nourish yourself you get even more tired and have even less energy to care for baby and on and on. Put eating healthy very high up on the priority list. All the best to you and your baby.
This was so much fun to make, the portion sizes were impressive, and everything was delicious! Excited to try your 15 Healthy Meals in 1 Hour Episode 1. Thanks so much for posting this!!!
I just made the rice, potatoes, lentil salad, yogurt sauce and some salmon and chicken. Didn't have enuff containers to divide them all up into meals but just having it all made is huge! VERY happy with how the lentil salad turned out and the rice. Yum! Definitely took me MUCH longer to make but I chopped all my veg first and then started assembling. I don't nt tokerate eggs very well so prepped some overnight oats for breakfast. So excited to be starting the new year in the right foot!!
I am so so happy to read you got it all done and are ready to start the new year with a fridge full of healthy meals! I'm here to forever cheer you on!!
You are doing such a great work😊 I just checked your 6 weeks healthy eat program. I'm a student and have been struggling with my body weight for a while, i started gyming and have been doing so well in that part of my life. The only part im struggling with is my eating habits, i have tired alot of diets but i cant keep up and go back to my bad esting habits. I would love to get the program but its a bit too pricey for me.
I have more affordable e-books as well that could help you. It's the same concept only without video and photo content. It's all calculated for you though so easy to follow. Check it out here: greenhealthycooking.com/21-day-meal-plans/
Qué tipo de cocina? Te refieres a la hornilla? Es de inducción de Costco pero no la recomiendo. Yo siempre cocino en mi hornilla normal eléctrica pero para filmar videos no me sirve porque no la puedo mover a la luz.
This rice really looks great. However, I do not have an instant pot but an asian rice cooker. Do you think I could do it just cooking the rice approx. 20 minutes? Thanks for your brilliant recipes. Herzliche Grüße
I've never owned a rice cooker so I don't know if it would work in one but you can definitely make it in a regular pot on the stove. Simply use extra liquid to account for evaporation, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until done.
Regular small pot with tight-fitting lid on the stove for the rice adding an extra 1/4 cup water to account for evaporation, and bowl and whisk for the eggs.
Hi, I have an e-book, you can find it here: greenhealthycooking.com/21-day-clean-eating-challenge-2-vegetarian/ Other than that you can find all of my vegetarian recipes under the category vegetarian: greenhealthycooking.com/category/vegetarian/
That depends on many factors. If you buy prewashed veggies, if you buy from a farm or market where the first is still sticking on the veggies. If you have a dishwasher. If you wash by hand. If your sheets and pans are old or new, etc. Essentially anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.
@@Greenhealthycooking Thanks. Love, love, love your videos! Thank you for all your efforts. You help make healthy cooking not overwhelming & healthy eating desirable with your simple but colorful, flavorful recipes! ❤👍

Yum, I love how you use all the herbs, can you suggest any replacements for mint and basil?
Instead of basil use cilantro and simply omit the mint.
yum thank you so much@@Greenhealthycooking

Like having a mountain of laundry at the end of the week .
Yes, same thing.
I want to try this but I have no instant pot or blender. Hand mixer for the eggs and stock pot for the rice?
Regular small pot with tight-fitting lid on the stove for the rice adding an extra 1/4 cup water to account for evaporation, and bowl and whisk for the eggs.
Hello, I just came across your video and subscribe. I’m wondering if you have meal prep for vegetarians.

So how long to clean & prepare ingredients?
That depends on many factors. If you buy prewashed veggies, if you buy from a farm or market where the first is still sticking on the veggies. If you have a dishwasher. If you wash by hand. If your sheets and pans are old or new, etc. Essentially anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.

Hello are we not supposed to rinse the rice first?
I answer this question in the blog post:.greenhealthycooking.com/instant-pot-rice/
