After at FIRST requesting replacement and many weeks of videos and reset and following your instructions you then say after 11 months you will do nothing. The problem happened befotlre the 11 months and the watch was rarely used as I mostly use my phone. Do you expect people to buy your watches whereas they will not even last a year. If you look back on your files the same issue happened with my Thor 4. Social media posts with evidence of Zeblazes non concern will probably hurt your sales. YOU should replace at least with refurbished unit.

The two watches being compared in this video do not have the latest versions of software installed and have different menu styles selected.
We tested the watch about 4 months ago, so there may have been new software updates since then.

It doesn't have music storage. You can only control the music on a smartphone.
Both are good watches but companies should not make big watches.
Why? Many like big watches. Many have big wrists
Lug-to-lug height is too big. It'll look stupid on most wrists.
I don't have a thick wrist, but the smartwatches still look fine.
