[] kenshie - If you do your buns tightly I suggest you should loosen your buns because if they are tight this is what can happen the tension in the tight bun can cause strands of your hair to break and use a soft elastic so it won’t pull of your hair

I wash my hair about every five or six days. I have dry skin and hair, and this works best for me. In winter, when I basically turn into a raisin, I wash it once a week. In between I just rinse it and add cream rinse because it smells so nice and sometimes, use baby shampoo. Americans tend to wash their hair way way too much, and that leads to the mistaken notion we need more hair products. My hair has never been "oily", and if I feel it has a build-up of any hair product, such as hair spray on it for some reason, I rinse it in white vinegar prior to washing it, and this strips it down to VERY clean, and in those cases, I am sure to add a deep conditioner after, and yes, I always condition my hair prior to shampooing. I do my hair first, and allow the conditioner to sit on my hair while I take my shower. That way, it has lots of time to soak in, and I rinse it last. This works well for me, and this routine is one I did not come to until quite old. (I'm almost 60, now!) lol When I was youngner, I washed my hair every day, and then, I wondered why it was so incredibly DRY all the time! No problem with that now. Amazing. ;)

I wash my hair every 6 or 7 days and this makes a huge difference as my hair is healthier looking and has a natural bounce or volume to it. When I first started it wasn't always so easy to wait a whole week to wash it. As of course your hair will become very oily if its use to being washed every few days or more often. It also depends on your diet as well, I started drinking more water and adding coconuts to my diet such as coconut milk, water etc. and eating more healthy food in general such as an avocado everyday etc. and I noticed that my hair had become less oily, stronger and healthier. I still do not have the amount of volume that I desire but its an on going process.

BEST TIP: Don't chemicals on your hair and skin...if not try using less chemicals...

At night, put your hair in a loose bun and secure it with a hair clip but NOT a hair tie! The hair tie may cause breakage to your ends so use the clip or even bobby pins. Do this when your hair is ALMOST dry but not damp and after you put moisturizing or healing oil . This will reduce breakage or any damage from the pillow and when you take the bun out in the morning, you will have beautiful shiny and healthy wavy hair!

I wash my hair everyday! It is my personal preference. I do find in the summer I have to wash it everyday but in the winter I am ok with every other day because my scalp doesn't get as oily. I am 50 years old and it is a hygiene issue for me. I love my hair to be clean and it is healthy and shiny. Thanks for the tops and also the myth of cold water rinsing. Very important tips !!!
Do not touch your hair too much! It teases the hair and you make it dirtier with your hands and it can break easier.
Do not keep it tied strong too much! It pulls it too hard!
    Massage your scalp!
Use good products for hair care but also use some hair supplements to help from the inside too!
    Hope this helps 💕

Also rinse w cold water at the end to close your cuticles on scalp to prevent greasiness/extra product going in your scalp cuticles. And make the shampoo foamy b4 applying, dont foam it on your hair like 90% of ppl do, it leaves buildup. Also, brush hair before showering, and keep your hair straight and down your neck/back during shampooing and conditioning.
(as in, dont scrub it all up
into a messy ball on top of your head, keep it smooth and straight the whole time and gently just foam it doing downward strokes w shampoo and conditioner, but only conditioner from middle to the ends, no roots at all) ..made a huge diff for me! no
      more
greasiness, and no more tangles at all due to how i wash it vs how i used to scrub it all up so messy into a big ball on top of my head...i also use mend the endz end sealer and restore olive oil
from regis. and i cut my hair myself like every month...... lol

you can apply henna on your hair to keep it healthy and to cover white hair. Plus its great for summer and places with a sunny climate as it can give highlights to your hair when in the sun.
p.s for better results i suggest Blondies should not put henna on their hair unless they want a light red hair. light brown hair can give the best results here.

Dont👏use 👏dry👏shampoo 👏 (it's bad for your hair ps I have never used dry shampoo in my life and my hair is gorgeous)
Another tip is don't use shampoos with silicones and sulfates they are bad for your hair
Another tip is if you have wet hair don't go to bed in braids. Instead plop your hair, in a cotton t-shirt.
DO NOT USE LEMONS BUY ITS SELF this will lighten your hair but it will make it tangled, rough, and sticky no matter how many times you wash your hair. Instead use things that suit you for m hair I use coconut oil and honey since I have dry hair. However every ones hair is diffrent I would do my research and expiriment with it
Btw that hair thing where it sinks into water and stuff it's not bad. If your Hair sunk than you're hare is high procty that means It takes in more product. If it flouted that means you hair is low procty and it takes in less that's why it's flouting. If you have high procty then use thicc products and if you have low procty then use thinner products or cinnamon softer in a way.

For a healthy hair I used to make a banana mask for my hair scalp.
    Ingredients:
1- two bananas for medium hair length you can add three if you have long hairs.
2- one egg 🥚 (optional bcz most of the people don't bear that smell but bcz of blending these thing all will smells like a shake not nasty)
3- aleovera fresh or if you don't have then you can use processed one 4 tablespoon as you needed according to your hair.
    4- four tablespoon of yogurt.
5- vitamin E capsule one or two as you needed.
6- coconut oil or castor oil.
7- honey (optional) and dried Neem leaves if you have dandruff (optional).
Then blend and apply on your scalp, cover your hairs with shower cap and leave it for 40 mints than rinse it off .
It is a complete treatment for me do it once in a week or once in two weeks. Than comment if you tried it let me know .

I use to wash my hair everyday and it would get oily all the time. I would have to wash my hair in the morning cuz if I washed it at night it’d be oily when I wake up. However I realized that the oil my hair was producing was good for it and the reason it was producing so much is because my scalp was dry from all of the washing. Oily doesn’t equal dirty. I slowly started washing my hair less and less and now I only wash it once a week and it never really gets oily anymore unless I go more than a week without washing it.

I have healthy hair that grows fast. It's funny because I wash it every day, sometimes more than once a day, because in the Philippines where I live, the weather gets too hot most of the time. We sweat almost 100% of the time even when just sitting. I seldom use a hair conditioner. 😅
Hot water dries out the hair and the skin. Well, it's always hot in the Philippines so we usually take a bath with cold water. I think it helps us keep the natural condition of our hair even if we shampoo everyday, even more than once a day.

My advice is, have the hair dresser cut your hair a bunch of layers and blowdry it after every shower. You won't regret it!
