Hi @sharma, I got an offer letter from Accenture but here they mentioned the base location is Banglore but I need Noida. When I called HR she told me she would change but she didn't change, today is 13 days are completed and she didn't pick up my call and didn't reply to my email. When I called the help desk, he said first you accept an offer letter, they will change. What should I do? Any idea, please?

Brother, I got an interview call from HR, after shortlisted from screening, haven't recieved any mail for technical interview, he told he will send , my interview was 31st Aug he said, when they will send invitation mail for TR? How many days would it take to send invitation mail for TR after getting call from HR regarding time availability?

HR is accountable to all people related issues, be it performance or compensation. In most IT companies, non HR professionals handle HR and in others MBAs who don't have sufficient understanding of HR philosophy that needs to be practiced in organised sectors.

Prepare well for interviews during bench if your performance is not good they will ask you to resign.

hi, HR of new company has already documents one month before and today was my onboarding so that give me access of portal where again i have to upload documents and write details including exp, bank detail, personal detail etc. after that they mail me it will take 2 days to review. so does that again they will take time for bgv.

Hello Sir, After accepting the Offer letter the HR has stopped responding to my calls and emails. He said he will extend the DOJ for me but not hes not responding anymore. Is it wise to resign at my current company? I called the helpdesk they are seeing that in the application its coming like make an offer which they said might be because i wanted to change the DOJ. I am very confused and tensed right now.
