Your projects are beautifully executed and the end product is excellent. Just one nit-picking point, shouldn't the modified Halls have a 4000gal. Hawksworth tender rather than the Churchward type? Sorry about that.
Hello. The earlier batches were built with Collett tenders, so in preservation, it would be correct for 6960 Raveningham Hall to be paired with a Collett tender and while it was scrapped with a Collett tender, I have a book with photo dated 1955 showing it paired with a Hawksworth tender. 6990 Burton Agnes Hall started life with a Hawksworth tender but by 1961 it acquired a Collett tender (no idea when though). Another book shows 7903 in BR black paired with a Collett tender. It depends on what loco Scooby has in mind and whether or not any poetic/artistic licence is to be deployed. Hope this helps you and Scooby if he's reading.
Nothing excessive here. This should be the norm, not the norm of buy expensive thing, film spurious complaints, repeat as is often the norm of youtube and model railways.
The quality of modern models does often make it feel like there isn't a need for 'intense modelling'. However there definitely is no beating having a model that you've made yourself!
@@SteamWithaScooby not to mention the benefits it gives in teaching perseverance, patience, improving manual dexterity with tiny objects, planning out how to do things in a logical way and on and on the benefits go. 😅all things youd think parents would he crazy keen for their kids to learn and take into the big wide world rather than just get money spend money open box enjoy
Excellent mix of skills, sophisticated techniques and humour.
Thank you very much 🙂
Great work!
Looking good!

Thank you! Not sure when that'll be, but keep an eye out!
