In this autumn episode, Rich returns to the fantastic Highbridge Reservoir in Norfolk where big perch and roach are the targets. There's plenty of action and angling tactics to enjoy. Cheers
more perch fishing with bait would be good, sick of watching lure fishing for perch lol, maybe some livebaiting on the float on a river... or zander fishing deadbaits,,, really enjoyed this video rich!!!
Cracking vid mate. Maybe some in-depth of set ups. Especially this feeder set up you had for the Perch. Since watching your vids, I’ve got that bug I had, as 6 year old and want to go back to my fishing roots 👍
Hi mr Willby love the videos could you tell me what set up your using please for your static roach and perch fishing please thank you look forward to the next vlog
Cheers mate. I use 2000-3000 sized reels, 6lb line and 1lb 1/4 rods. If you check out the monster roach video I think I go more in depth there about the tackle and rigs.
Brilliant as always Rich. Could you maybe do some Pike dead baiting showing various single hook methods, which are much more in favour than treble rigs these days?
I used single hooks for a while Greg and personally found although they are generally a lot easier to remove, they can often cause quite severe trauma on entry as they penetrate all the way through and out? For novice pike anglers I’d say singles are great for learning how to deal with pike but for experienced pikers I personally think barbless trebles are probably the best thing overall for the pikes welfare….. just my findings 👍
Cracking vid rich, same here nice to see some bait fishing for perch rather than lures. I see your using a heli rig/bolt rig. Do you have some play in the bait runner while static bait fishing using this method for the perch? Thanks
Another excellent video Rich, nice venue and way to catch the Perch 👍

Nice vid and some lovely perch mate 👍🎣. Any tips for keeping worms on the hook longer, they do love a lob though.

@@theconsistentnoddy9851 thanks, I do agree, but so many private lakes etc now insist on singles…
Great video mate was wondering what test curve rods you are using for the roach
1lb 1/4 I believe mate. Cheers

How long is the hook length and what size hook do you use on the helicopter perch rig ? Great vid as always
About 8ins with a size 12-10 hook. Cheers
@@all-roundanglerwithrichwil6161 thankyou I've been wondering about bolt rigs for perch for a while, this was extremely helpful
If you have not already done it because i have not seen it yet.How about a session for some real monster crucians.
