Greetings from Vancouver Joan , I will be 70 in May 2020 , I have Osteoarthritis had a hip replacement almost 10 weeks ago , knee replacement in 2015 and a revision on that knee 20 months ago , hip is great but knee is acting up . And yes of course the lbs have piled on. This is very inspirational, I have subscribed and let’s see if I can get myself motivated to start working out more .. as I always say Age a birth number that’s all it is , its our Attitude tells how we love play and live our lives.🇨🇦
I love this too. But be aware, it’s said we lose weight at the table and build muscle at the gym. You wont lose weight at the gym! Its diet. Try keto. It really works! Its complex which most ppl dont get and so “fail” at it. But I’ve figured it out after 3 attempts and am now down 20#s in just over 2 months! I feel like an Ad for keto! Its easy and amazing!
@@SunShine-dm8gy My daughter and I have followed keto for over a year. We have hardly lost an ounce. She is physically disabled and we have decided the missing link must be exercise but when you are disabled it’s hard . We both just started pool exercise/therapy and hope that it helps. I am 70 as well. She is 50.

How did you mentally push yourself to start this journey?. I've had gym memberships in the past and somehow, I've just lost the motivation. I'm 57 and I believe it's never late to start going to the gym♥️
So, do you eat keto? Because Toblerone choc. Is that sugar free? I’m eating Keto (lost 20 #s in just over 2 months) and I look and feel great! I wont go out of my keto state for anything. Beans are high carb too, come to think of it. Prolly cant do these on keto.
Hi Jen, I am not a nutritionist. My daughter handles my macros, and nutrition plan. I would say that Toblerone is not sugar free. So I do not think these will work for Keto.
Why no egg yolks? They're super healthy and a source of good fat. I've never looked or felt better than when I was on the Carnivore diet. However, I need to up my exercise to match yours!

Spoon into 6 Silpat cupcake molds and place one Toblerone chocolate on each cupcake. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. They should still be slightly soft in the center. If you'd prefer you can freeze a couple of uncooked muffins and save them to have fresh at another time! Macros per cupcakes 6.5g P, 18.5g C, 8.5g F

It is never too late. I had accountability from my daughter who is a trainer and from the transformation group I joined.
