I'm a 63 year old guy, been weight training regularly since my heart attack a few years back...some thoughts...when doing shoulders, , she's better off using lighter weights, rather than trying to force the weight up thru full range of motion. At least that works best for me. It seems easier on the joints. I don't count my reps on anything I do...I perform the exercise until I feel that I'm going to fail, usually collapse with discomfort..,...When doing curls, I put my back up against the wall, placing the back of my arms squarely on the wall surface.. That forces me NOT to cheat or jerk the bar bell or pair of dumbbells when I pull up; allows me to maintain correct posture thru full range of motion. Just some ideas, that really work for me. Your mom is AWESOME!! Great job!! A true inspiration!
Amazing. As a coach who has trained numerous ppl for ten years, I can definitely tell how much effort and dedication you have made. My hat is off to great technical coach as well. Keep up the good work. I'm subscribing.

Damn Joan! You’re my spirit animal! ❤️❤️
Joan you are in inspiration to millions. Well done you. My Dad is the same age as you and is insanely fit. Even at my fittest I was never able to keep up with him. He swims like a fish, plays badminton, does light weights, does spin and then plays snooker and does gardening. A small back problem put him out of action for a few weeks but he’s still fitter than me and I’m fairly fit. Keep up the great work Joan and stay safe. Sending you love and respect from the 🇬🇧

Nice- I found your channel after Greg Doucette did a “natty or not” video on you. We are about a few years apart in age, not too much.

Liz! Thanks for the kind words
No hablo inglés, pero verlas hacer ejercicio me inspira , xq me dijeron a tus 45 años ya para que, pero no me daré por vencida, gracias 👍🤗
Guau quien fue el ignorante que te dijo eso?
Love love love this video ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
