    Awesome update. Lots of good stuff. '!enace to Sobriety' is pretty good. I don't think I've heard 'Motel California', but I will probably pick it up at some point. Good Lee Aaron album. Great Malice album... love the artwork too. I need to pick up 'The Curse'. Good Morta Skuld album.

    Solid update there James. Good to see Lee Aaron, Consecration, Omen and Temple of Void among others. Yeah black vinyl does just fine I think, no need for these combined colours I don't think. Enjoy the new music mate.

      Yep, black vinyl all the way for me Grant. All this splatter/coloured nonsense is gimmicky shite. Cheers

    Always enjoy your videos dude, while the music isn't always my cup of tea I do enjoy your presentation and sense of humour.
    Although the first couple of Napalm albums are more my cup of tea, Diatribes is excellent. I really enjoy Inside the Torn Apart too.

      Cheers man, your kind words are much appreciated. For me Napalm have one of the most consistent discographout there and they've definitely mixed things up over the years. Thank you for watching

    Those 90s era Kreator albums aren't easy to come by these days renewal was the last one on noise the others came out on a label called gun records which had shite distribution back in the day omen are a band I keep meaning to check some nice stuff you showed there mate and that cryptopsy album artwork looks killer!

    Nice update James. Still can't listen to Renewal, tried it again a couple of years ago, still not my thing. Don't like that era of Kreator. Great Consecration pick up. Yes, got to love some of the Metal Queen. Killer album by Malice, title track have a awesome riff. Always nice to see Dismember and Napalm Death. Morta Skuld is great as well, looking forward to the new album. Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

    I had listened to Renewal just a few hours ago while tidying up my room...and the newest material you posted begins with Renewal 😉😉 Funny coincidence. I really like this album - it's more low paced but at the same time very raw and evil sounding. Many people rank it low among the other Kreator albums. There is undoubtedly some better Kreator stuff, but Renewal is really decent IMHO. I would put it somewhere in the middle among the rest of the albums. Thanks for interesting presentation.

    • @mrboulder9714
      @mrboulder9714  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Considering its change of style, I think Renewal is one of the better efforts from the Thrash bands of the 80's changing up their style .Cheers Lucas

      @@mrboulder9714 I also like how Testament got by in the 90's. Even Demonic and The Gathering are really solid albums. Cheers mate!

    Awesome update James! Good to see the 90's era Kreator getting some love. Nice to see Cause for Conflict, Renewal, Endorama and Outcast. Great to see the latest Consecration album. Liam will love to see that. Cool to see Malice; definitely a band I've been hearing about. Lastly, awesome to see some Napalm Death, Unleashed and Cryptopsy.

    You showed some right belters and some I didn't even know existed 'Kreator albums' but then you ruined it with that Consecration shite! Appreciate the support mate, that musical interlude is actually two guitars and bass. We tune to B so basically sounds like bass haha. Plus at the time we were bang average musicians 'still are', so lacking that creative flair compared to the Cinis album.

    • @mrboulder9714
      @mrboulder9714  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You're welcome mate. I didn't pick up on guitar in that instrumental part of the 1st rack on the album. Guitar tone on that album is monstrous. Cheers mate 👍

    Nice new pick ups Mr. B. I was wondering if you got into any kind of memorabilia like signed albums and or posters stuff like that. I'm very much into record collecting, looking for certain color presses, but I've noticed a lot of bands especially in my generation of music (i'm 25) will sign a certain amount to help album sales, like Chevelle, Buckcherry, Dirty Honey, Etc. Just wondering if you are into memorabilia or if you have signed records from bands you've ran into at concerts, festivals etc. I usually always take an album cover to a concert If want signatures from a certain band. I'm a sucker for autographs. My other question is how many albums do you listen to a day? I feel like you have close to a thousand albums, I feel I don't listen to records as often as I should. Just curious! Thanks, and cheers from Wisconsin, USA. (Also could you do an Accept album ranking in prep for humanoid coming out in April)

    • @mrboulder9714
      @mrboulder9714  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'm not much of a memorabilia collector, but i do have some stuff which is pretty cool. I met John Corabi and got his book signed by him. I also met Blaze Bayley and got all my Blaze era Maiden and Wolfsbane cd's signed by him. I'm missing a few Accept albums, but I really should pick up what I'm missing as your not the first person to request an Accept ranking. With regard to how many albums i listen to in a day it varies, sometimes only 1 or 2 and some days it can be up to 6 or 7. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers fella 👍

    Love Kreator, 90s were a very weird time for them as was for most of the thrash bands. I jist don't understand how ya go from a masterpiece in Coma of souls to renewal, and same with coming out of the 90s endorama to the badass album of violent revolution. Lol now that I think k about it Slayer did the exact same thing. Killer album of seasons and came out of the 90s with the masterpiece god hates us all

    • @mrboulder9714
      @mrboulder9714  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A lot of those Thrash bands changing in the 90's was of course down to record company pressure who were chasing some of that Metallica 'Black Album money. Those 90's era Kreator Albums are decent I think. Cheers for watching 👍

    • @FivesWasRight
      @FivesWasRight 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @mrboulder9714 yeah for sur.e I really started to enjoy those 90s kreator when I didn't try to compare them to the 80s, the 4 of them (renewal,cause, outcast and endorama)as their own entity are pretty good albums.

  • @neilbower9052

    Dude, have been a Kreator fan since the debut and i love the 90s stuff as much as anything else they've done. Lee Aaron has been on my radar since i saw her at Reading festival in '83 (video on youtube), she went a bit WTF in the middle of her career but some of her recent albums are well up there with her best. That Malice album was given the Music On Vinyl treatment last year. picked it up. Sadus' third album from 1992 'A Vision Of Misery' is also getting the MOV treatment. (05/04/24). Ace Vid me ode.

      90's Kreator is decent, one of the bands that handled the change of style in the 90's really well i think. Really impressed with that Malice album, it definitely lived up to the hype. Cheers Neil as always mate 👍

    Some great additions to your collection boulder. Unleashed don’t get nowhere near the attention they deserve. Piss yellow 😝 yeah I’m with you on coloured vinyl not for me whatsoever! A lit of this splatter/coloured vinyl is a load of gimmicky nonsense that can get in the bin. Yeah Unleashed are cool mate, will definitely pick up more of their stuff. Cheers for the heads up on Dave's contest, I'll have to get my arse in gear. Cheers Dylan my friend as always 👍
