Great insights into Tampa neighborhoods! Any info on schools or community events would be helpful. Thanks for the guide to help with our housing decisions!
Our website breaks down the areas for you and had a section on schools. I also post weekly events in tampa on our instagram page! If you need help finding a home reach out to my team because thats our bread and butter! Info@themorejongroup.com
Almost didn't recognize you with that Florida parka (long sleeved shirt) on 😃!! Davis Island looks really cool. I will have to check it out. If I could swing it, Bayshore would be my pick. I could imagine walking out of the house and going for a run every day, on beautiful Bayshore Boulevard.
Parka lol… yeah i like davis islands because if how secluded it feels yet you are still right outside if bayshore and downtown. Really cant go wrong either way though
I moved from Beach Park to the Plaza on Harbour Island and I would never go back. On HI you get everything downtown has to offer and so much to walk to, but still have a neighborhood feel.
Totally get it. Thanks for sharing your experience. How do you like the waterstreet area? My wife and i love crawling around there! Keep bumping into rich flair too lol
@@TampaFloridaLiving it's basically my backyard now and we love it. My daughter works at the Chill Bros by Predalina and I walk her to work and pick her up so I get to see Water Street a lot. It feels like being in a proper city which Tampa never felt like before. Last night we went to the Lightning game then got drinks at Boulon after....oh all on top of the jam packed day with Gasparilla going on. Water Street definitely was a game changer for that area. We moved there when it was all under construction before the Greenwise opened and seeing the change from then to now, how bustling it is, is awesome.
@@Degarth its crazy how much its changed. I haven’t made it to the new tap room across from amalie but plan to soon. I should be out there friday night with my wife bc we have a baby sitter! Woot woot
Love your videos. Can you do a video talking about builders that offer pool packages? It might be a little more but at least you are not going to have three months of construction on your backyard.
I shot a video that included avalon park but honestly cant remember which one. Reach out to my team and we can get you all of the info you need. Im very familiar with that community. I get the pricing and inventory every Thursday for it! Email us at info@themorejongroup.com

@@JayVincentFitness i mean a little less than that but it is expensive. You can however find decent condo/townhome options if you love the area. Or go a bit further south and its more affordable yet 5 min away.
So there are definitely programs to help but i dont have specifics. I have had a few families move here in the same position and they mentioned finding resources
I wish to inquire, which neighborhoods are closer to the airport area for travelers who do not live permanently in Tampa and who donot want to settle like more than an hour away?
@@Chainety you can live just about anywhere and be within 1 hour to the airport. Areas like westchase, carrollwood or anywhere close to the veterans expressway would drop you right into the airport. Anywhere in west tampa or from bay to bay north in south tampa should be good. Seminole heights or riverside heights again easy commute around 20 minutes. Wesley chapel is the furthest northern suburb from the airport but still under an hour
@@TampaFloridaLivingyes definitely we are wanting to go and check out the neighborhoods you’ve mentioned. Our main concern are the schools; how they’re rated.

@@TampaFloridaLiving well aware of apartments for sale. Better neighborhoods in westly chapel, apollo beach, Riverview, and other Tampa 'burbs. You get way more bang for your buck in terms of livable space and property size. And public schools tend to be better in the 'burbs. less gang activity.
Tampa is such a great place to live. But we will be moving near Cape Coral because our Hypnotherapy Office is there.
Well done. There's a great flow and balance between info and entertainment in this video.

I used to live in Hyde Park, but I'm in beautiful Wesley Chapel, FL. Great video!
Awesome to hear. Glad you love it
Just amazing how much channelside grew, was a stinky factory ridden port area
