I think apartment #5 because it hit your list of needs and it was stunning. Your only drawback is the washer/dryer being in the closet. Which honestly isn’t that bad. You don’t have to bring your clothes anywhere, straight from dryer onto hangers/in drawers. The kitchen and bathroom were gorgeous ❤
Hi Lauren! I moved from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale like 3 weeks before you did last year, and then I just moved back to Tampa a few months ago, so it feels like we're on the same track, haha! You're gonna LOVE Tampa. It its growing so fast but you're right about the difference in traffic and safety. I could not stand the other coast. There's so much to do over here with Sarasota and St. Pete, as well. So happy for you and looking forward to seeing how you enjoy Tampa!
People that are saying Tampa is so expensive need to understand she is showing luxury apartments in South Tampa (the most ritzy part of town), not normal apartment prices around town. An average 1 bedroom apartment is $1600 outside of South Tampa/downtown. Used to be a lot cheaper before Covid and the influx of northerners, but I digress. To people saying she should buy instead, the real estate market exploded in Tampa and if she wants to live in South Tampa area like she does now, we are talking 1 million 🙃
I pay $2400 in Orlando for 2 bedroom and it's a new build but it is extremely average and flooded with tourists, traffic, and it is just going downhill FAST
@@laurensnyder when the manager raises your rent u gonna paylot more money on your rent…..just wait until a whole lot of people move to Florida its gonna be more expensive to live in Florida
it isnt as great as it seems because most closets with the laundry in it have little room for clothes. the machines take up most of the space. if you were to use the closet for towels, shoes, or bulky items that you would not put away in your bedroom closet, then it works! If the closet space were large and walk-in-able, then yeah I'd like that too.
Not trying to be mean here just being real: Not telling us the building makes this video completely useless. Your safety? What? I 100% understand not telling us your exact address but you can't tell us where the apartments you are viewing are located? How does that help us? What is the purpose of a video touring apartments if we don't even know what building you are in? I am considering a job in Tampa and trying to get an idea of what building I'd want to live in it I accept.
Please, if you can write the names of the apartments that you looked at as I am looking in Tampa as well these are beautiful and I’ve been having bad luck. Thank you.

Hey girlie just wanted to say I’ve lived in Tampa my whole life and it isn’t like other major cities where the city is centered around downtown. I think the apartments you were mainly looking at were in channelside, which is the only part of “downtown” that is walkable and safe imo. I would try looking in the SOHO (south Howard) area if you haven’t already. Sounds more so like what you are looking for
Hey. Looking to move to Tampa. How’s the walkability at SOHO. My main thing about downtown is being able to walk to the gym, grocery store, etc. is that doable in any other part of the city?
