I watched this video 6 times and just rode home my first Ducati. I only went for a test ride after watching your clip and now I have one in the driveway. AWSOME Bike but the exhaust cost 4.4K Aussie and I’m pretty savvy with the tools but I needed the dealer to do the install still well worth the money. 169 HP on a comfortable bike that actually handles, so thanks mate this is my favourite bike of all time and I have had a few powerful bikes you should get yourself one 😎 show this to the Ducati dealer he should give you a discount👍🏼

I have the same problem...Over a year I've been thinking about getting myself a Harley. I wanted to have a bike for just a relaxing rides, already have a CB1300, so something different...I have tested the Low Rider S, which is pretty fancy and taught "finally a Harley to ride". Than I saw this video, and the GuyOnABike's one and decided to have a test ride. That was a major mistake. Major mistake...Now I'm between these two and my hear is bleeding. The one I have tested had a stock exhaust, I lkied it a lot. I heard the Termix, but in my opinion it's to loud.
Loud bikes are definitely not for everyone, I'm one of the people that love it because for me it adds to the experience. But the video definitely does not show the sound as well as actually riding would. I am seriously considering one of these now, it has left a impression with me and another test ride WILL be happening
@Bjoernrider I have heard that stock some bikes will not pass some noise tests. So with a full system that will certainly not pass! 😂 In the UK they are not so strict yet
Hey Dave - your review had a serious impacts on me - went out and bought one at Erico Motorsports in Denver 10 days ago - listened to you vid for the fourth time and just ordered the full Termi exhaust ($3850 installed). I’ll leave my comments in a month after installed. The 1260S is $23,950 in the US. Bought the bike right out of the crate. Awesome Review😎😎😎

I try to say things on the fly, I do not believe in alot of research as bikes are much more than numbers on paper! I must admit I am slightly jealous if you have a diavel with a full termi!!! ive just bought one of these, ive upgraded if thats the right word from a 2011 diavel, the old bike was awesome but this is just on a whole new level, got a great deal on a used 2019 i just couldnt turn down, have to save for the exhaust though !

Hi Jamie, I'm not sure which way I would go to be honest. The s model is special yes but I'm not sure I'd pay the extra as the stock bike is great too! Is it worth the extra.....I'm really not sure. As for is it possible to chill on the bike, yes it is but it definitely makes me want to ride hard to be honest. But I could definitely tour on it as I found it really comfortable

The video seriously doesn't do the bike justice on the sound. It definitely does have a muscle car vibe to it. If I bought one I think I'd have to get a full termi on it. Thanks for the view and comment mate

Yes I certainly did love the diavel but the main issue was cost. I'm always looking into getting a diavel but at 20k I just couldn't sell multiple bikes that I use all the time for a bike I'd use once in a while. But it is still the only ducati I'd want to own
Deadbug Davey I own an xdiavel. The suspension is awful. I’ve spent $2.5 k on new wilburs suspension, custom seat , rearward bars and it is still so uncomfortable. I’m hoping to try the diavel s as I love the engine on the xd but that’s it. Thanks for the vid.
@@maxleybourne1020 I can not compare the 2 as I've not ridden the xdiavel yet. I'm planning to but unfortunately life gets in the way! The engine is definitely the stand out feature though
i bought one new in march, LOVE IT...but i could,nt stick that noise in my ears for a 100 mile run, there,s nothing wrong with the standard system...!!!
I owned a 3 cylinder XSR900 which sounded great, then bought a 4 cylinder MT-10 which also sounded great (both with full exhaust systems) but, there's no beating a V2 for sound, they have such a deep, booming rumble that can't be beaten. Ride your 4s behind a Monster 1200 or Diavel 1260 with full Termignoni sometime and you will change your mind. I did.
The brits give terrible bike reviews. Constantly saying “I don’t know”. Well if you don’t know, do some research and then talk about the product that you’re supposed to be giving an informed opinion on.
Well thanks for the input but I do not know what bikes I'm going to review most of the time. I walk into the shop and if there's a bike I fancy reviewing I do so, I certainly do not have time to sit and read up on seat height, disc size or any of that. That's what Google is for, I do reviews on how the bike makes me feel, not what it says on paper. There's others that are way more spec orientated than me so they are the people for you if you need more info on specs. It has nothing to do with brits as there are plenty of brits that give alot of specs, I choose not to. My channel and I choose how I do things. Cheers 👍

@@deadbugdavey1744 Diavel's stock pipe came up to be loud enough for Austrians to put it on black list and ban it on some of the roads in Alps.

You have the Termignoni Racing Exhaust attached on that bike, it doesn’t come with the bike, you need to buy it extra.
