Yapyap was probably the one who killed Kat, detonated the slipspace bomb to kill Jorge, wear an elite costume to kill Emile and Noble 6 and piloted the Scarab that forced Carter to sacrifice himself.
All while surviving because of plot

The second George pushes you out of the cruiser, Yapyap stealth assassinated George and then detonated the slipspace bomb and survived, then used his methane tank reserves to fly back to Reach in a matter of minutes.

I think I've seen that for the Reach menus which changes every time you boot it up, idk about all games combined though. I'm sure you could use that mod and add in the files for the other halo menus to achieve the same effect.

They're gonna need em for burst fire DMR's
the needle rifle was dope in its original form, it got me through many parts of the legendary solo campaign. The range and damage on it are insane for eliminating elites, you just have to stick enough shots to make them explode.

Halo 5 story maybe total dogsh|t, and halo 4 story may not be up to standards, and the gunpla of halo 4 may deserves to go to hell, but at least halo 5 gunplay is good, still prefer the classic styles way more

The needle rifle was VERY useful against brutes on higher difficulties, 2 headshots or 3 bodyshots.

I think the only thing I don’t like about the Reach: Evolved is the DMR now functions as a BR.

Personally I also don't feel like you need to adjust the sandbox either to just play the campaign on different levels, when it seems like you'd prefer to play CE or something out of the original trilogy.

It's a DMR not a BR, as for the bloom and needle rifle its called getting good I personally love the semi auto weapons I dont spray and pray I hit lol.

If you do get the chance to get it on PC, get it on Steam and not the Windows Store. The windows store version has the files locked down so much that it makes modding pretty much impossible.

All of the old mcc menu backgrounds are also still in the pc version’s files, and it’s pretty easy to move and rename them to replace the current ones. I love the winter warthog one they used one year and never brought back. There’s a tutorial in the halo mods reddit if you search “background”

of course you think reach evolved has more room to mess around, because you've already messed around with the vanilla weapons for years. that's kind of an unfair criticism of vanilla reach.

The shills for that dumb mod is ridiculous, the only thing it really does "right" is some of the new weapons it introduces.
Some of the changes to make it "muh classic Halo trilogy" are dumb, Battle Rifle DMR being the prime example, the BR is such a disgusting weapon and there is a reason it did not show up in Reach.

Same. I may have alot of nostalgia, it being my most played game, but I think it innovated on things the classic games hadn't come up with. Also, on reach you heavily fight with the Army instead of the Marines, which could have alot of different weapons. I particularly questioned his remarks about the assault rifle? As far as I know everyone jokes about it not hitting anything at range? I think it's great for close quarters but reach's AR is far too accurate for the firerate and ammo count. He seems to play on Normal, but most of these weapons seem much more OP and making it more "fun" for a while. I do agree on the CE sandbox, AI battles were amazing in that game and halo 2 for some parts.

When Halo Reach first came out in 2010 I always dreamed of having custom made firefight maps, even though there only two maps at the moment it still brings me joy to see my dream coming true

I wasn't expecting the reach evolved mod to be as expansive as you've showcased it to be, and I'm actually really excited to try it out for my self. Also, the base revenant is my favourite vehicle in all of Halo (aside from maybe the brute chopper, that thing is so rad) but this alternate version of it is not unwelcome, it looks like so much fun and although it means I won't see my chrome sanguine baby anymore, it's ok. For now.
The last mod. Main menú changer, with all those awesome vids of fan made menus, thats awesome.

Reach: Evolved reminds me of the borderlands 2 Reborn and Ultimate Community Patch mods. The experience is still similar, but so many good changes that shake things up the right way
