Great question: I love (not necessarily wellness) Armchair Expert by Dax Shepherd, Sanja Gupta's podcast, The Exam Room - and then some very nerdy nutrition podcasts!
started on a body-identical transdermal patch of HRT…best decision for me. I follow a WFPD pretty strictly, it wasn’t enough for me. Now on HRT I sleep, my brain fog has lifted and at least for now I am staying with it as everything i have read to date shows reduced all cause mortality but I’ll keep watching the research. All the best in your journey. Some excellent Menopause dr.s out there. Xxx

This is a very real thing and I go into this more when I do a masterclass. These symptoms are multifactorial and there are options for you to get relief. Talk to you OB GYM about possible HRT. Meditation and learning stress management tools to bring cortisol levels down in the day is critical.
Oooof - it's a tough one. I have a mammogram every 2 years, and I have a Sonogram (Sonocine) annually. The later picks up what cannot be detected by a mammogram.
You are so informative with steps to better health and life without western pushed drugs. Refreshing!.
What a great video with lots of information. Would you have any recommendations for bed sheets for women that are going through menopause.?
Thank you for all the wonderful tips, how much of the Mg supplement should a women take?
It depends on the supplement. I recommend about 320 mg a day.
Sophie, what are your favorite wellness podcasts? Xx
