    Thank you so much for your inspiring videos! I already followed your advice on recipes books and I lost since then steadily 2 kilos without dieting. As I went from 64 to 62 kg at height of 168 cm, it’s a great result for me. It didn’t work out on other diets with milk products and meet. I was hungry and ended up eating a crap. Now I feel better and have more energy. I am still on my way to find out, how I also can manage some stressful periods and stay at healthy food, and your videos are a pure inspiration and motivation ❤❤❤ I appreciate your work here very much

    It is best to grind your own flax as it gets oxidised very quick which affects its impact. ❤ Never seen organic berries in the UK especially frozen. Would love to find some.

      I know they are hard to find in the UK. I sometimes buy whole flaxseeds - and easy if you are tossing them into your smoothie in a high speed blender. If you purchase ground, you can prevent the fat from oxidizing by keeping the fridge if using up quickly or the freezer (even better).

    Excellent information! Thank you! Can you recommend a DECAF organic matcha? I am sensitive to caffeine and can not drink it. Thank you!

      I am sorry I cannot. I have never tried a decaf brand. I hope someone else can help you.

      I'm wondering this too!

      This is a great question. I've done a bit of research in this department - basically, matcha tea is very minimally processed. The process to decaffeinate the tea can have an adverse affect on the taste, and ultimately isn't worth it. There are plenty of great decaf green teas, however! So you could get all the great health benefits without the caffeine!

    What brand Matcha do you recommend?

      There are. many different ones that I use, but I think my all-time fave is Pique Ceremonial Sun Goddess. It seems expensive but it works out to be about two bucks a cup if you buy the sitcks. Way less than a nasty, cheap (sugar-filled) coffee shop matcha.

    Hi Sophie - quick question: in this video you touched on eating WFPB and protein... how much protein (g/kg) do you recommend for plant-based women over 50? I value your opinion and appreciate any reply. Thanks, also, for this great video and all your videos --- they are wonderfully helpful !!

    • @SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen
      @SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I recommend a ballpark of about 85 grams a day. But it does vary from woman-to-woman depending on your age, size, and fitness level.

    Why don.t you place the food on the table instead of going in and out of bag, good information and you look healthy.
