      I'm right with you ladies.
Stress really brings on a hot flash. I can be discussing something with my husband and if the conversation is about a situation in our family that's an issue, I immediately go into a flash. Then I have to leave the room and go outside where it's cool or cold, to get relief.
Of course the hubby thinks I'm escaping the conversation by leaving, ...lol..but no, I just can't stand there dripping wet and suffering trying to concentrate on the conversation.
      It's miserable.
When I DO have a night sweat, I'm dripping wet and FREEZING while I'm SO HOT at the same time!
I really don't want to go on estrogen, I just want it to stop!
I also have restless leg syndrome so I spend most nights jumping and dripping wet.
I have thought I will never get true relief until I pass.

Imagine how many hundreds of millions of women lost out on a job promotion and/or raise etc. to a man because she had a hot flash at an inopportune time when she needed to come across as calm, cool and skilled (but couldn’t).

You nutrition is EVERYTHING! If you’re not eating healthy, you lose in every way.
Need tons of omega 3’s and avoid omega 6, 9’s
I’m down to 1-2 meals per day usually a healthy meat and a huge salad.
I feel things turning to the right direction…. I feel good and more positive with more energy and losing inches not pounds. But not trying to lose just less stress and less cortisol

Any kind of temperature fluctuation triggers the sweats. Absolute torture.

All these women look like they’re over 45. I’m sure they’re going through it! Why don’t they talk about what they go through and what they do and stop acting like they’re not pre-menopausal or menopausal they’re almost acting like they’re talking about another species and not themselves it’s weird.
