The reinforcement of the whole design and moving the hook lower really improved as if it were an actually forklift. Smart young man. Maybe put a pulley at the top with reinforcements. 👍 JOB 👍
Yes and we also need everyone else to be more encouraging and accepting of such kids. Very often they will be called nerds or be shut down due to safety concerns I’ll be simply laughed at out of incredulity and nearsightedness of those around them.
That's awesome I think youl run into a issue with drag tho or after a while the plastic on the front wearing threw. If you made a track of rollers it would prob go alot smoother. That's awesome tho
That's awesome good job kid. You should perfect your idea for the forklift on an ATV and take to the Dragons den. I have a feeling your have a bright future ahead of you. Keep up the good work.
No to much at the moment I'm assuming, but like other people said a few minor improvement and metal lift (although as the description says he does not have the $$ to buy a welder) and ya could haul a few pounds with it
wow. what a great idea. That young man should think about being a mechanical engineer. I am thinker myself, and often create things that i need. I use my atv for moving things all the time, but never thought of creating a fork lift, I am a General contractor and need a roofing contractor. Moving shingles is one of the most challenging things to do. I weld allot so I am gonna put some thought into making a steel version of this and will let you know what I came up with. Maybe something we can market together.
Towne Construction If you have tried your ideas I would love to see how it worked. I am hoping to buy a welder soon. We are starting to do some farm work and moving bags of feed, fence posts and other stuff that we get on pallets or store on pallets would be very timesaving and easier on my back. I had recreating the wheel when someone else already built it!
Works better than your first bet it will work great for about 400-500 lbs before you need to make it out of metal and ad a counter weight to the back maybe a 25 gallon drum on the rear hitch you will with water if you think what your gonna lift will make you front heavy for my tractor I took a 250 Gal tank and made it hook up to my 3 point hitch when I carry heavy loads up front only ever fill it with about a hundred gallon
One question why did he want a fork lift? I'm not seeing him pick up anything, that would require a fork lift. Good to see kids these days building stuff outside.
No he cant go on shark tank that is stupid they steal your idea make something patent it then sell it never tell people till you have a patent if you want to make money
Genius!!! He even figured out the tilt. I am very impressed!

we need more kids like this in the world

You should test the weight limit. See how much you can lift with it.
Brilliant idea. Well done mate 🇦🇺😁

very smart boy you have there. Engineer in the making
I was going to say add a bevel to your forks, but I see you already did. Great job!
Its awesome! Creative minds end up pretty dang happy :)
Smart kid
That's awesome good job kid.

great simple solution. young man as a good imagination.
Pretty stinking smart
Around how much weight it lift ..... would work great for hauling animal feed from truck to feed shed in winter so nothing makes ruts ... awesome idea

Maximum Lift Capacity with weighted rear end??

$$$ Patent it ... good job.
That is really cool.
Great job dude
WAY TO GO!!!
nice design but to get even more height you should use a tower with a pulley on top and just have the forks slide up and down on the tower
Very Nice, Well Done !!
Great job buddy looks awesome keep adding more to it don’t give up I just subscribed
Smart kid!
Good job!
make one outta steel w rails and proper mounts and you go yourself a good fork lift. kudos kid
and snap a cable
Good job

Could you tell me how to make it
Hell I'm fixing to build one
Anybody notice that the front tires need air?
Nationalcitysycho d watch the last 5 seconds
ya
He could make more and sell them... maybe even go on shark tank
he could sell it as The Winchcablesnapper
Manz Harambe yeah people would love to pay for a wooden junk forklift that can lift 50 pounds max before it falls apart
its a prototype
obviously you make the finished product out of medal
No he cant go on shark tank that is stupid they steal your idea make something patent it then sell it never tell people till you have a patent if you want to make money
You could instead use the engine or electric motor to run a small compressor that feeds pneumatic pistons
I’ll buy one 200 bucks
This is the stupidest invention ever
