His blistering pace and misfortune at Mclaren will never be forgotten. At that time he was as fast/faster than anyone before or since. The standout thing about Kimi is that he is uncompromisingly fair at the absolute limits of racing, even in the hardest and fastest battles.
I would go as far as to say Kimi is the closest driver to Senna in Mclaren. His pace was something we haven't witness. He was different once he was in the car. Also, he is still the last Ferrari world champion which I don't think would change anytime soon. He bankrupted Lotus by scoring so many points and won the race in Abu Dhabi. He is a legend and its sad most people remember him for his cold interviews but we should remember his performance is the reason why he could be a savage at interviews.
My funniest moment with Kimi was to play his favorite song Mökkitie by Arttu Wiskari eight times during his party. We played that song with Arttu and his legendary guitarist Carlos over and over again, because Kimi was asking for that.
- 1 WDC, 103 podiums, 21 wins - Still the last champion from Ferrari - Only F1 driver to win races in 3 different engine eras: V10, V8 and V6 - Most distance raced in F1 history (drived for a total dis. of more than 83,000 km) - Most fastest laps scored in a single season (record shared with Schumacher) - Most laps raced in F1 history (more than 17,000 laps) Here you have it. Kimi is truly a legend... He's one of my fav F1 drivers of all time. I miss "The Iceman". 🥺❤
He is a legend just by his personality. Like.. he sleeps on the paddock e sleeps inside the F1 car he says to the TV that he was "having a shit"😂 he retires from Monaco go and goes to his boat... And so on.. if the McLarens weren't so unreliable he would have won at least one more championship
Fun Fact: The famous "you won't have the drink" was a misunderstanding between Räikkönen and the engineer (and everybody else). The engineer thought he was talking about wanting to drink, meanwhile Kimi wanted to know if he could let the drink out because it was dead weight, hence why he specifically asked if it was still connected or not.

Very well said!

He truly will stay a legend
Absolutely!
A great talented driver. And an absolute legend. One of the only true naturals who wouldn't hide or be afraid, truly the end of an era.
Yep, going to miss him
Let's be honest we all shed a tear in 2018 when he won in the USA
No politics, No bullsh*t. Straight up talks with what he thinks. A true legend.
Exactly. A great guy, a great driver.
Being drunk at a gala was unexpected? I dare say it was TO BE expected, he´s a Finn, after all, and we have a reputation to uphold.
True, just wasn't expecting it in a grand setting haha

You’ve met Kimi ? !
We love you, Kimi ❤
Kimi competed in 1/3 of all F1 races ever. Absolutely insane.
Favorite memory for Kimi, race win 2003 at Sepang, 2005 at Suzuka and 2018 at Austin.
Good to see u have given credits to all of them
One of the best off all time! Love for kimi!!!

King Kimi for a reason...

I legit thought he would drive till he’s too old and brittle to get that unbeatable record
Michael was really fighting giants drivers back then 💪
Suzuka ‘05
Kimi is the saitama of f1
