Today 21st September 2019, I had been to Asif's shop for upgrading the hard drive on the Airlaptop from 128 GB to 512GB. He is an extremely reasonable person, his name is Mr. Asif and his costing and buyback price is very good. The buyback price for the old hard disk offered by others was between Rs. 2000 and Rs. 2500, Asif offered me Rs. 8000/- The cost of refurbished 512GB quoted by others was 35,000 and Asifs quote was Rs. 22000/- He also sells used apple products. After years of search, I found someone who can be trusted. Thank you very much Asif. This is my personal experience and opinion.

First confirm the issue, if its only macOS issue then u can install macOS and buy it else if its motherboard issue then not worth buying it cause in 2018 Retina Air the SSD is soldered on the motherboard.

Dont buy it, as it has multiple issues as mentioned and also its a vintage model now. Buy 2015 and above model only.
