this "drinking your taco" thing started in the 90s with taquitos. you could seriously drink that sauce through the taquito-straw. Many of us are dead now.
Chili Colorado. We put red chili sauce in much of the food served in this house. Dipping a taco directly is a great idea. Even my roast beef stew starts with cooking the roast in chili sauce.
I'm Mexican and some of my favorite dishes are Italian so this statement is correct in my opinion. Also, have anyone tried a Chorizo pizza? That would be my last meal.
