    빨갛고 먹음직스러운 햇 산딸기로 층층이 예쁜 라즈베리 피스타치오 레이어 케이크를 만들었어요~
    달콤한 라즈베리 생크림과 피스타치오 무스 사이사이에 라즈베리 잼을 바르니 색감도 더해주고 먹음직스러워 보이네요~^^
    부드러운 시트와 라즈베리의 달콤하고 향긋함과 피스타치오의 고소함까지 더해져 정말 정말 맛있었어요~~
    옆에 잘라낸 자투리도 맛있어서 저절로 다 먹게 되더라구요~*^^*
    큐브 모양으로 잘라 라즈베리를 올리니 귀여운 케이크가 된 것 같아요~

    Small Tip: the most solid, structured or "hard" creams should always be used on the bottom to allow better stability and ease in portioning.

    라즈베리 피스타치오 레이어 케잌!맛있겠어요~라즈베리의 달콤시큼한 맛과 피스타치오의 맛이 정말 잘 어울릴것같아요♡제가 피스타치오를 무스로 만드는건 처음 봤는데 식감도 좋을것같고 크림과도 잘 어울릴것같네요~요즘 제가 좋아하는 재료로 하는 베이킹이 많이 나와좋네요!크림과 시트도 정말 달달한게 맛있을것같고 오늘도 잘보고가요^^

    잘 구워서 나오는 것 보면 신기하기도
    해요.전 다른건 다 잘 나오는데
    시트가 참 힘듭니다.오버베이킹하기도

      이양숙 저도 시트 만드는게 제일 힘들어요ㅠㅠ 그리고 같은 박력분이라도 브랜드 마다 무게 차이가 은근히 많이 나서 쿠킹 트리님이 레시피 올려주실때 부피로도 같이 올려주시면 실패를 덜 할것 같기도 하다는게 제 생각...ㅎㅎ!

      the corn syrup is just to lighten the texture while adding sweetness without using too much sugar. I think you could either substitute with honey or just use sugar and it would still be safe. Probably

      Rasha Mohamed no.. sheet is easy to use as it melt quicker but its fine u can use either. Powdered is cheaper than sheet

    Hi, I just made this cake and I encountered one small problem: after I took the cake out of the oven it completely deflated and shrank on top, pulling away from the sides of the pan. What did I do wrong? Did I overwork the batter? Should the pan be greased or not? Did I maybe take it out of the oven too soon? (A toothpick inserted in the center came out clean, though) This was my first attempt at making genoise sponge cake so I'd be thankful for any hints. Lots if love from Germany!

    I tried making this cake! The cake itself was reeeally yumy and good, but something about the batter did not work for me, I had to duble the batter in order to get few layers, and plus they were really flat, so I can't understand why that happened:(( But still, it was bomb, will make it again for sure:)) Thank you)

      Ronit 123 i don’t think so too with that small amount of eggs (95grams) in the batter it would not make 3 layers or sheets of cake. I think it would be more eggs consumed in the batter.
