  • Thank you so much for 2022 everyone! I was going to post this recipe before the new year but editing took forever for me to finish. As you guys know, I gave birth early in 2022 and it's been busy raising my son so I couldn't post many videos but hopefully I can manage better this year. Because I LOVE making videos and share recipes with you guys! Please comment any ideas and thoughts for this channel for 2023. I'd like to push myself to be make the videos better.     3 Egg yolks 60g
    Pistachio paste 30g *100% pure paste
    Milk 30g
    3 Egg whites 105g
    Sugar 90g
    Cake flour 75g
    Vanilla extract 5g (Optional)
    Bake at 325F for about 30 minutes (I used a convection oven, Unox)
    *Baking time can be different depends on your oven and the size of your cake)
    *Pistachio paste I used is from Callebaut
    Syrup
    Sugar 30g
    Water 60g
    Pistachio whipped cream
    Heavy cream(35%) 350g
    Sugar 30g
    Pistachio paste 35g
    Strawberries & Pistachio for garnish

    2022년이 가기 전에 이 영상을 올리려고 했는데 편집이 생각보다 오래걸렸네요.ㅠㅠ 여러분!! 올 한해 정말 감사했어요. 많은 분들이 아시다시피, 저는 2022년 초에 출산을 하고, 아들내미 키우느라 진짜 정신이 없었는데요. 아무래도 육아를 하다보니, 제 욕심만큼 디저트, 영상의 퀄리티가 나오지 않아서 많이 속상하기도 했어요. 2023년은 제 자신을 좀더 푸쉬해서 여러분께 좋은 레시피, 이쁜 영상으로 찾아가도록 최선을 다 해보겠습니다.

    160도에서 약 30분간 구워주세요. (저는 우녹스 사용했습니다)

    This is absolutely beautiful and I think you did a fabulous job as always!! Although you say you want to be like "other bakers", I am certain there are those that want to be like you! ☺️💗 I'd love to be able to be as creative and skilled as you at decorating and piping (even half as good would be great!). Try as I may, I really enjoy making your recipes and am especially excited to try this one, since I got pistachio paste from Costco and never found a way to use it before! 🤣🤣

    The cake looks absolutely amazing!Quick question, you made another pistachio cake before with I think a pistachio montee cream and joconde. Which cake do you recommend more because I can't decide which one to make! Would you be able to tell me the differences in taste, maybe how rich and light each one is. Thank you!

    I always prefer and favour protein custard (Italian buttercream)over whipped cream.
    Time consuming but with much better texture, flavour and result.

    Very nice presentation and looks delicious. I've received a dozen bags of pistachio for Christmas and need ideas. Shouldn't a food processor make a usable pistachio paste.

      elle a mentionnée c'est 15 cm de diamètre et pour la température c'est écrit dans la barre d'infos aussi

    hello, thank you for the nice recipe! Just wonder what can be the substitute to the 350ml heavy cream in your cream making? Or anyway to homemade? As i've seen that greek yogurt + milk, but that is not recommended for whipping here

      idk if u have done it already, maybe you can substitute with a meringue, since the egg whites seems to look similar to whipped cream once is beaten, obv you would have to proceed adding the pistacchio paste to it and voilà. I guess it can be the closest replacement to the heavy cream.
