Brother… I can’t thank you enough for this! Such a privilege getting to talk to you on your channel. I’m a massive fan and still in awe that this is happening. Forever grateful
Aubrey is an inspiration. I laced up the sneakers for the first time at 50 y.o. Twelve years and six BQs later, I'm still running. If I can do it, Aubrey and anyone else can do it. Thx. Andrew.
I love these interviews. The entertainment factor both you and Aubrey bring is one of my favorite things on YT. Im a middle-aged working female taking care of aging parents, and you're are still so relatable. Great interview, thanknyou both.
Aw! this ended so abruptly! I could've sat here for another two hours with you both just prattling on and sharing your love of the middle-aged YT space. I'm probably Aubrey's biggest supporter, but I'm quickly beginning to really like your channel too Andrew! Thanks for this interview, I hope there's more to come in the future. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Great video Andrew and Aubrey! Really enjoyed this conversation and the outlook Aubrey has on running and what he brings to the running space. Good luck in Berlin!
Thank you so much Joshua… truly appreciated. I genuinely don’t take such words lightly. It took a while to get over some imposter syndrome to fully understand that I serve a purpose here
Great interview... Being a mid-life runner myself (well... now probably past mid-life) I can relate well with both of you guys well. That is probably the attraction why I follow you guys. We are all exploring how far we can go at this point.
Great interview! I started running a little before my 40th birthday this year and just like Aubrey I have never felt this good, this alive, this challenged in a long time. I think I may even be the healthiest I have ever been! Both of your channels, more than the believe in the runs or the kofuzis help me keep going and keep the fun going for me :) more power to you both and may your runs be on pace and your pace be more fun!
bangin' vid. as always. While comparison is the thief of joy, Strava can be an insightful lens for (new) runners who may not have access to mentors/coaches/groups. If you connect/relate to others down a similar path w.r.t. heart rate and pace/distance development, some people can push past self-selected arbitrary ceilings ( I get my A-goal, I'm done....are you? maybe there is more progression possible that you can't visualize yet. A year from now you might want to consider a new challenge and not sell yourself short etc.) and aside, speaking of car-stickers....I think it's time for a "Mid-Life 26.2 sticker". stylized with the font of "NoFear" Tshirts...or vintage Sun Ice colourway ;)

You know me, starting to run at 58, first marathon at 68🎉 I love this guy! He radiates joy, humor and humility. Thanks to both of you.

You’re a visionary, Rob. My merch game is lacking. We need stickers and shirts!
I enjoy seeing two regular guys excel at this.
Well, that 50 minutes went way too fast. Can we get part 2, 3, 4 …….10 🤷🏻♂️😆😆. Thanks to both of you for giving us the time and chat 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
😂😂😂 I truly enjoyed this chat and was honoured to have been invited
Post Berlin, I’m going to need all the deets
Andrew, Hepburn + Midsole Bud. Midlife made for sucess.
I need to reach out to sir Bud. I’ve never talked with outside of comments
This means EdBud has to be on deck soon!
That would be amazing and I’d definitely tune in!
But what if we only talked about music instead of shoes ? I’m here for it
