- The plaintiff says she’s known the defendant for 30 years. She claims her former friend drove a car she insured without permission and got in an accident. She’s suing to be reimbursed for the accident deductible. The defendant says she swerved to avoid a cat and hit a wall, and she says she owes nothing.

The more I watch the more I’m gobsmacked at how (usually the defendant) just weaves fantastic stories to justify not taking responsibility for their actions. Hmmm is this the result for everyone getting a ribbon in contests and every year is school being a graduation celebration? Not being able to see the differences and nuances?

Both parties were crazy, the plaintiff wanted a car, the defendant was used to pay the car payments that she could not afford and no driver's license. And I bet there was no car insurance, due to both parties are on SSDI. No business would ever allow people on SSDI to get a loan for even a used car.
