He has a problem with following the speed limit and driving laws. Bad ruling. Accident was completely his fault.

That he had been behind me since I had gotten on. The crazy guy had gotten on and changed lanes behind already waving his arms out the window. Drugs are bad folks. This was back in the early 90s and we didn't have a cell phone then

Had to call the cops because I was literally going 25 on a 65 mph highway and he kept trying to play chicken with me. Literally could have caused a car accident. Car eventually exit as soon as the cops was called but he was literally playing chicken with me for 20 mins before I decided to call the cops
I disagree with all of them. I think they each were just trying to get to where they wanted to go regardless of what the other person was doing. If there was any road rage, it would have been when the other person was getting in their way. So, I admit, there could have been some truth in what was said by each. the police will ticket you if you are driving slower than the glow of traffic in the far left lane, regardless of the speed limit.
