    34년동안 30키로 이상 감량을 3번했던 사람으로서(먹는걸 좋아해서 살이 잘찜) 다이어트 팁을 드리자면 간단합니다. 1.저녁 적게먹기(아침, 점심을 간식생각 안나게끔 배부르게먹기) 2.간식 절대안하기 3.하루에 운동1~2시간 꾸준히하기 이거3개만 지키시면 6개월 30키로 당신도 가능합니다

    무니님 요리는 건강하고 구하기 쉬운 재료로 그 본연의 맛을 잘 살려 따라하기 좋게 만든 탐스런 레시피들이라 한 번만 보고 넘기기엔 너무 아깝죠. 그 중에 엄선하셔서 묶음으로 다시 올려주시니 이미 해먹어본 요리는 반갑고 아직 안해본 메뉴는 다시금 만들어봐야겠다는 의욕이 솟게해주네요 전자렌지 활용 제대로 하시는 무니님 영상 만나기전에 남 줘버린 전자렌지가 오늘도 아쉬워집니다..

    Those are really great sauces that lifts the blandness of the cabbage. The portioning is really good; it’s just good for one person and you don’t need to over eat which makes sense if wanting to lose weight. 😊

    뚝딱뚝딱 너무 쉽게하시는데, 다른가족 식사 챙기는 주부가 내밥만 따로가 안되네요~~ 이렇게 해주는 사람있으면 다이어트 만프로 성공할듯. 양배추위주로 실천해봐야겠어요~~^^

    다이어트하면서 질리지 않게 다양하게 먹는 방법이 없을까 고민하던 중에 무니키친님 영상 덕분에 다채롭게 식단하면서 먹고 있어요! 양배추랑 닭가슴살만으로도 해먹을 레시피가 4~5가지는 나오니까 먹을 맛이 나요~ 여태까지 10kg 뺐는데 다이어트하면서 스트레스도 안 받고 즐겁게 한 거 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이번 영상도 감사합니다!

    I would love to try these meals just because they have rice, are simple and look delicious. I wouldn't even fry the egg/meat, boiling and mixing is just fine.

    방금 만들어먹었는데 완전 맛도리에 쉽고 간편해요ㅜㅠㅜ 비빔밥 좋아하는데 맨날 고추장+상추+계란 조합만 주구장창 먹다가 이렇게 먹으니까 더 푸짐하고 좋네요..!! 양념장도 짱맛있어요 채소가 있지만 맛있는걸 원하는 저에겐 딱이에여,, 자주 애용할것같아요ㅜㅠ
