You could just drive in a screw part way into the wood to hold the tubes in the slide rack. It could be easily unscrewed to remove the tubes if needed.

Check wfboom they ship to your door plus they are in Ohio can only buy cases wholesale online. It's where i get 90% of mine but I just drive 15 minute from pa. May 12th or 15th Ohio gets a 12% tax on fireworks

For the low break Shell. Didn't one of them not go down all the way in the tube (but not by much) when you were fusing that rack? You said "when the fuse lights it'll drop down". Maybe that's the culprit??

Have you shot any off yet? I believe it was 12 double breaks and 12 single breaks. The double breaks were amazing but the single break shells were some of the biggest breaks I've ever seen. I have a video on YT of it under SewardPyrotechnics

depends on what you consider a decent show and how you put it together but id say 5 kits is plenty. This year I only plan on filling 2 24s racks and the rest of the show will be cakes. I think I have around 40 cakes and the Finale will be happy face, bite of death and then 2x demonic corona banger version with dday
