Thanks for your videos that are great in providing much help to me who wants to initiate and be able to practice yoga properly. I have some questions for you if you don’t mind answering them. I have mood swings and quite often, I happen to have worrisome and unhappy thoughts for no reason, that I can’t take a hold on. The same thoughts make me unhappy and anxious. It’s certainly due to the fact that I have thyroid so I wanted to ask you if having a thyroid as disease is a trouble to practice Yoga ? Thanks in advance and good day to you.
Hi! Thank you so much. And not at all, In fact you should practice more yoga for it. Specially more if relaxations and specific Yoga asana n pranayama fir thyroid. Cheers
Tsering Yangzom Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me precisely for how long should I practice both pranayama and asana and how many time after would I possibly be able to perceive the benefits from those ? Thank you.
Hi! So in case of Pranayama, one should be practiced 10mins of minimum but have to chosen which are you are going to do??and in case of asana one should practice 30mins min every day. Or 1 hours and taking weekends off.
