About the video , if your a girl or a boy , it doesn’t mean that you should do all stuffs that girls and boys should do, you can do whatever you want , and in real life I’m a girl , but it doesn’t mean that I have to play with dolls , I play in my devices , but thanks for teaching💗💗
As a teacher it seems my students are never happy by my appearance. " Why is your hair short? You're supposed to have long hair like a girl." " Bowties are for boys" " Why aren't you wearing makeup?" All I can do is set an example for them by teaching them that a boy and a girl don't have to look a certain way to be their gender.
Sterotypes as boy i like how it is so keep it like it is crying it for babys only cry if its a huge problem and men have a stronger upper body then girls but girls have stronger under body and have a longer life but the average gender to work out is men so that's what i think
My grandparents always compare me to my cousin, because she likes long nails, getting her nails done, long hair and wigs, perfume and lip gloss. But I dont like any of that? I told my grandma that "not all girls like the same thing" now she thinks I'm "special" somehow. I like playing games (all day lol), I like playing sports, I dont like dresses and I love baggy shirts and jogging pants, I dont see purses as something fashionable for me, and i HATE perfume. my grandma is literally scared if I become a transgender or a tomboy like my cousin, she thinks something is wrong with me in my head because i simply dont like that stuff and she hopes that I will like "girly" things when I'm older (which I will not)
Luckily for Madeline she likes to things her way like being independent and adventurous. Madeline doesn't like to do perfect lady like activities. But thankfully a lot of things have changed since then we honor our uniqueness and we should be proud of who we are as individuals.
I think this video handled the subject very well. My parents from a young age encouraged me (a female but goes by they/them) to play with Barbie dolls and My Little Ponies, when I got older I realised I didn’t like that stuff. Thats when I realised I was non binary cause I didn’t feel like a girl or a guy, I haven’t come out yet because my parents stereotype genders a lot (example when my younger brother was born, my grandma made a little cardigan for him and it was yellow, and according to my parents “yellow is a girls colour” and they didn’t put it on him when he was born, they said “Its a nice cardigan but I’m not putting yellow in a boy” I felt so bad for my grandma because she spent ages making it for them only for them to yell at her for “normalising feminine boys”) and I don’t know how they would handle it, and also they always judge me when I do something “not lady like” such as when I didn’t cross my legs when I was sitting down (I man spread cause I think its comfortable) and they said “Ew your such a tramp act more lady like,”
I can’t believe how your parents would stereotype you. Also about coming out about being non-binary. If you are in a safe household and you feel safe you can: do a piece of artwork showing your gender identity. You can try and build up the confidence to tell them. Or you can maybe tell someone else like your grandma first. Trust me it will be hard to come out but it will be so worth it. Also I don’t care if your pronouns are he/him she/her or they/them everyone is my friend
This is something that also needs to be normalized. I'm a boy and I want to make friends with girls at school, but as you might expect, they always think it's dating. It's always boys having friendships with boys and girls having friendships with girls, it gets tired...
Luckily I fit these stereotypes. Like how girls are supposed to hang out with other girls . I do . My favorite colors are pink and green . And I prefer dance over robotics class . How boring is robotics class . To boyish
Dude what can you say im girl my crush is sweet and soft and kind boy, and i'm crazy and overly excited and i do muscle pose all the time if i feel strong, prove gender stereotypes does not work to everyone
No cuz it can lead to sex. Like when I was 8 my mom said to me to hang out with boys to. So I did and ended up kissing and having a romantic relationship
Let you know when I'm having some fun with the kids so they can get it to me by the end of the week to get the kids to the park and forever and always my love you are going to be in the same thing but as you guys are doing well I hope you have a lot of time to get the dog in hoos
In general, stereotypes are good things. They bring order to a chaotic world. People who veer from the norm of the group, well, they choose to put themselves outside the group. Stereotypes are only wrong when someone GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY to harm a nonconformist. I have no problem ostracizing weirdos. "It's natural," as the left often says. I decide what OVERsimplification is, not the producers of a video or a purported "teacher."
My mum and relatives made fun of me for playing with a Star Wars toy and I'm a girl. I wish I spoke up :(

How old are your students?
@@johnnyenglish1264 It's to be expected at that age anyway: Year 1 (5-7years old). No filtered questions. 😂
I love the ending part. Give your children options
Exactly
Stereotypes should end forever
Nothing that's helpful should never end

How can we learn stereotypes on school if it didnt exist
Sterotypes as boy i like how it is so keep it like it is crying it for babys only cry if its a huge problem and men have a stronger upper body then girls but girls have stronger under body and have a longer life but the average gender to work out is men so that's what i think
Thank God my mum allowed me to choose what I did and played with when I was younger

"Boys should never cry"
One of the most common stereotypes
Then at the mother's death or father's death they should laugh?

Visit a psychiatrist.
This is why I don't care bout my parents
Who else watching this and realising that your parents are buying certain stuff for you and pushing you towards certain things because of your gender
meeeee.
tho not too bad
Meeee
Bagel
not me tho
i'm just curious
I actually used to play tag or soccer and hide and seek as a kid and I had more boy friends than girls
This is something that also needs to be normalized. I'm a boy and I want to make friends with girls at school, but as you might expect, they always think it's dating. It's always boys having friendships with boys and girls having friendships with girls, it gets tired...
Girls are sweet and boy's are mind mind means is hungry
I play tag and others things with both my girl and boy friends
If I ever have a child I will give my girl (if I have one) both trains and cars, and also dolls and arts.
Helpful video
*bruh stereotypes are ass*
Agreed, they can kiss my ass
definately agree or should i say neutral

True I'm an androgynous boy
Good
We need to encourage our kids to socialize with the opposite sexuality (not gender) from a young age.
No cuz it can lead to sex.
Like when I was 8 my mom said to me to hang out with boys to. So I did and ended up kissing and having a romantic relationship
I liked the video, but your representation of "parents" is quite stereotyped (father with a moustache?)
Idk
Toy preference is not a social construct. Fight me.
bfdi art style real
osc spotted in the wild
I like it to be streotype😘
There is nothing wrong with gender stereotypes . its part of human society.
Theey should be enforced and the law too
stereotypes are promoted by people who don't gave the capacity to think
you know there is gay boys right
Let you know when I'm having some fun with the kids so they can get it to me by the end of the week to get the kids to the park and forever and always my love you are going to be in the same thing but as you guys are doing well I hope you have a lot of time to get the dog in hoos
looks like someone had a stroke
wut
I think you're in the wrong video
..
Mais en fait la place de la femme c'est dans la kouizine!
uh is it tho?
Men= good
Not having gender stereotypes risks not telling the genders apart, so shame on anyone who doesn't support them.
