- The best scull for swimmers trying to achieve a high elbow catch. Here are some tips:
- Reinforcing the high elbow catch position, teaching the brain muscle memory & feeling of this position and then adding a scull to increase strength, mobility and propulsion in this position.
- Elbows need to aim to be in-front of the head, and forearms need to be vertical palms facing the back of the pool
