    keeping racket down is a very common mistake and the player never realizes it unless pointed out by a coach. And of course it makes a lot of difference in follow up and kill shots. Excellent point.

    I see some professional player constantly keeping their raquets low. Probably to spare energi? I personally think keeping the raquet up after a shot is much easier to connect to the next shot. Don't know a thing about the professionals. Nice video, keeping the raquet up after a shot helped me a lot during my games. Thank you!

      I did some research and actually own a racket with both thikness, it is think at the bottom and thin half way to the top.
      Thin grip assist with range of motion and finger-control at the net while thick assist with power and steadyness or control in fast swings.
