@@1230QAZWSXthe song is on the album, the black parade, that album is a concept album of a patient dying of a cancer, so yeah I can understand their interpretation of the song there’s no right or wrong.
@@SoupVender None of the lyrics suggest that. Just because it's a concept album does not mean mean every single song is connected literally. Like all art, it is open for interpretation, so you can say the main character in the song has cancer, but nothing suggests he is breaking up with her because he has cancer.
This entire album, The Black Parade, is a concept record about a man laying on his deathbed as he's dying of cancer and reflecting on his life. It might be good if you started with the first song, which is actually titled "The End" and went through the tracklist in order. This is one of my top 5 albums of all time!
Definitely in my top 5 albums as well. Followed by; "I'm Wide Awake It's Morning" and "Digital Ash In A Digital Urn" from Bright Eyes, then "It Still Moves" from My Morning Jacket, And lastly "The White Album" from The Beatles.
Funny you say that, back in 2007 I went to see MCR and the band that opened for them was Muse! Best concert I've ever been to, right behind Bright Eyes in 2010 and Widespread Panic.
I recommend, only after you’ve heard the full album of The Black Parade, watching Wendigons video on the Black Parade album and the concept of it. So good and helps explain the place an purpose of this song more. Any MCR is great!
Love My Chemical Romance .. Please do Welcome To The Black Parade! There’s a live performance of MCR singing WE WILL ROCK YOU featuring Brian May (Queen). It’s awesome!!
Foundations of Decay is their comeback single from earlier this year, so it's probably been pinned to all their MVs by the label :) I adore most of it, but it's probably something you could leave till later, a casual listener/newcomer might not appreciate it or enjoy it as much as a long term fan bc it kinda explores all the sounds from their discography! So, I'd say continue with the classics first! Also your face during that solo... Me too, it's beautiful, but you have nooooo idea what that rock god Ray Toro is capable of yet 🤣🤣 "Thank You For The Venom" may be your next stop, if you want him to shed some light on that!
My chemical romance has the greatest hit. There songs be so deep. I'm not sure if you've ever reacted to the Killers, because this is my first time here, but they have a great discography. Hit's like "Jenny was a friend of mine.", "Believe Me Natalie", and "Miss Atomic Bomb" are compelling.
My ex-wife literally told me she loved me and then broke up the next day. I know the whole album is about the cancer patient, but I do identify with this song with my situation. Makes me sad!
I was 10 or 11 when I first heard ths. Never had a relationship but maybe this is an early indicator that I'm gonna grow up as an empath. Bawling my eyes out on a song I should have no idea about. Or maybe they just made the song so greatly.
I know it has been a month, so who knows if you will still see this. One theory I have heard about the meaning of this song. Since the album deals with a patient dying of cancer, it is believed that the patient's girlfriend breaks up with him because she can't deal with his cancer. This is why he says... When you go, would you have the GUTS to say, I don't love you, like I did yesterday.
I always thought the song was the patient trying to convince his girlfriend to leave him before he dies so his death wouldn't hurt her as badly even though he still deeply loves her.
It’s been so long since I’ve seen a reactor who actually know “MUSIC” 😂❤️ Please react to stray kids maniac i think you’ll like them + Star walkin by lil nas x
I saw someone commenting about Stray Kids on your other reaction, and i think you’ll like these songs by them Maniac / Easy / God’s Menu / 3racha / Thunderous - don’t forget to turn on the caption Also I like your reactions to Eminem and Billie Eilish, keep going on brother
I really enjoy your reactions Next react to these songs 1. NF - when i grow up 2. Stray Kids - God’s Menu 3. Tom Odell - Another love 4. Hudi - WOODCHUCK 5. 1D - Night Changes I really hope you read my comment
The song is about a young man dying of cancer trying to convince his girlfriend to break up with him.
That is not at all what the song is about. It's just a brutal break up song.

@@1230QAZWSX It is?? Black Parades a concept album, meaning the songs tell a story.

You can see the actual sadness in his face listening to this
His facial expressions during this video make a perfect song somehow better.
My friend had a breakup after years of being together and this song made me cry. It wasn't my relationship, but I felt the pain

«the end» + «dead!» 🤍🤍🤍

You have to listen to it out of order aside from “The End/Dead!”
I cry to this song more times than not and I’m 24. Right here with you brother
This song, and their song Cancer have such a profound emotional impact on me
Mama too
What a beautiful yet sad song, obviously you felt a lot of emotion, & hope you know the light is at the end of the tunnel!!
This is my top song when I wanna drive and sing my heart out. So beautiful! Thanks for reacting to it❤
this song is beatiful
Fantastic reaction too a fantastic song, if Queen had children then MCR would be one and Muse another.
YESSSS .. my thoughts exactly!

To me “the black parade” is the best rock album ever made

man happy > man listen to this song > man sad
You need to hear the entire album to understand this song.
Thx for being real ❤
