Great job by Kevin very detailed and showed the mods he made ! 1 out of 6 beer difficulty is a great line too! Thank you both for sharing !

Glad you enjoyed it. Appreciate all feedback. The 6 pack difficulty scale is purely based on the amount of beer I need for post job recovery. Lol

Great little video Kevin. I know it's gonna go to your head!! That's a cool looking bike. I always tell my wife when I buy something and it's not exactly what I want, then I can modify. And she just laughs at me. Be safe and stay well.

Appreciate the kind words. You're correct, that's the magic behind Harley Davidson, its not that they ar the best motorcycle out there however, you won't find such vast aftermarket support with any other brand.

@@kevinfrisbie5295 Agree with ya there. Friends of mine have Harley, Indian and Victory bikes. While the aftermarket is getting better for Indian and Victory (at least up here in Canada) they are still a long way behind Harley.

thanks for the review. Definitely worth hearing that feedback. It’s definitely something to consider for all mid control setups. I never thought about vibration from engine mounting.

Why wouldn’t you do the hokie fix on the gear lever? Seems like that would solve the clearance issue with boots

also, i love the hokie part you made. if i get arlen ness mid's, i may want your hokie part... pete

On the left side with only one bolt holding, I think that a grade 8 bolt would maybe could snap where a lesser grade bolt would stretch. I would rather it stretch than break. The performance machine one might be better but the pegs will move around because of the mounting.

All good points! If money weren't a factor I would have gone with the Big Bear Choppers mids but I can't bring myself to pay the prices over there.

Awesome review, Iv been checking these out for awhile. Maybe I’ll wait for awhile and see if they have a version where all the kinks are worked out.

@@pugliesesspeedshopso I finally got these on my bike and the only issue I’m having is all the slop on the shifter side make it pretty hard to lift the shifter peg, I find my self shifting with the high end of my foot verse right before your toes. Other then that I like them, any input on the issue.

I bought one for my 2022 road glide st and I'm having the same problem with the brakes pegs being too low. Arlen ness needs to make a longer linkage for adjusting the lever position.

It blows my mind when people complain about the rear brakes being too low… it take 5 minutes to raise it

    • @kevinfrisbie5295

So if you took the five minutes and adjusted it and still was too low after it was adjusted all the way up. What would you do then? Im always down to learn something?
