yes absolutely!!! you can just make it a full upper body focused day! i’d say maybe cut a few things so it isn’t a super long workout but you can def combine 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
So you mention tucking in your arms for chest press but the very next exercise you do overhead presses where you don't tuck in the arms? Also dont have the seat at a 90° angle. Have a slight incline.
at the moment i use my camera (sony zv1) and a tripod to film! however prior to getting my camera i always used my iphone and just propped it on a water bottle :)

soreness isn’t the key indicator of a good workout! you won’t always be sore and that’s okay but the key is to just make sure ur pushing yourself within your lifts ❤
oner is the BESTTT so many diff color combos 🤭🥰 & thanks so much! honestly hip thrusts are my least favorite compound lift so once a week is the most i’m willing to do😭

nice overall but you should use rep ranges instead of a specifique rep like 4x12 (too easy minimizes gains) so i recommende ofc you do whatever you want is a rep range like 4x10-15 so first set you get 15 second 13 and so on to maximise those gainz

I don't care what nobody says, you should never lock your joints (elbows, knees) when working out. Ever. Just like the healthiest baseball and football players don't lock their elbows when throwing a ball. Healthiest means those athletes least likely to need joint surgery.
hmm... I prefer a balanced workout. She does very heavy below, mid for mid and very light for top so her body looks disproportionate. At least she is healthy.

Yes, even 3 days is enough. As long as you're consistent and have a decent amount of cardio and are eating right you can lose weight.
Definitely enough and the perfect amount of days! Not too little or too much. Make sure you lift weights!
