If you have depression feelings and thoughts, meditate. Do it for at least 2 months, at least 10 minutes a day. After that if you don't like it, don't do it.
@transformersrevenge9 For how long did you do it and how much per day? Also you might be eating something that causes depression, i had such problem with gluten (anything that contains wheat). Maybe you have similar problem. If you eat junk shit then 100% it can be from food.

My body is thanking me for keeping it healthy and in top form. I just returned from the Gym, eating good, healthy, home-cooked food and looking at least 25 years younger my age. My body is really pleased with me. Oh yes, I have not taken any medicines for the past 25 years, not even for a headache, and all my parameters are normal. My body says that I will die healthy. So far, so good. Treat your body well before treating others around you well. Your body will be pleased.
True. Its partly why I love being a certified massage therapist and practitioner & teacher of zhan zhuang and tai chi qigong. Both are deeply nourishing, unitive, harmonizing, quieting & clarifying awareness. And being in the San Francisco bay area where there is such a density of people and events, often many people are stressed, so benefit very much from receiving massages and practicing embodied meditation qigong processes.

It is important not to want to self-destruct, if the brain understands that it is not useful to others or some purpose ends up turning everything off. and we must assume that life is normally not about enjoying, but about striving for goals. And yes, it is difficult to get ATP at certain ages.

Depression can also happen from unknown allergies/intolerances I had problem with gluten. Also junk food can cause problems, read labels. For me gluten was causing psoriasis and brainfog/focus issues. Removing gluten entirely + meditation solved the issue (psoriasis gone). Gluten is in so many foods.
