I'm a Realtor in Michigan as well as Broker in Florida. I've used Sasha many times! His work along with that of his employees is always top notch. Hes always been on time with excellent communication. The turn around time he provides is absolutely incredible! When he sends you pics, hes not sending you his entire SD card of crap like ive had in the past. Hes hand picking between 20-40 images in drop box that are high quality and showcase every room. What ive learned from Sash is that not every room needs every angle. most people shopping dont want to click through 60 photos of a 2000sqft home. His reel filming is great too. I like how it always appears in one continuous shot. He knows what works on camera and video. I'm extremely happy that this is an interview with him and his business is doing so well. I'm absolutely not surprised.
You use him because you’re like most agents, cheap as fuck! Think you’re smart because you can receive a big commission but we all know a monkey can get a RE LICENSE! 😂😂😂
Thanks so much for the video. I started photography 2 years ago with youth sports, I snagged an amazing job filming boats for a big TH-cam channel with my drone and a camera tripod. Trying to fill in the gaps a little lost because weather and equipment issues can stall out income. Your video is awesome, I’ve been thinking about taking a step into the real estate/construction inspection/wedding field. Thanks so much. Your video installed hope and determination.
12:37 How to learn to fly a drone: 1) Study and pass the remote commercial pilot exam and get your FAA commercial license. 2) Get fully insured 3) Then learn to fly your drone.
I don't know if this is already been mentioned in an earlier comment but just to clarify, you need your Part 107 license if your video will be used commercially, whether you get paid for it or not. The determining factor on whether you need a Part 107 license is how the video or pictures will be used, not whether you get paid or not.
with gimbals and stabilizers, I get that there are some higher angle views in bigger houses with more ceiling space, is the drone inside a normal house really necessary? just curious
Facebook actually provides the best ROI by a landslide. You have to be a page expert like myself though. And Facebook pays me directly too once a month from monetization
You couldn’t maintain a steady business in Los Angeles … everyone’s a photographer including the realtor, the home owner, mortgage broker, home inspector, landscaper, garbage man, cat across the street. No one pays for drone service out here. Everyone’s got one
Honest question, If i contact rel estate people for selling pictures just touching base if there is a demand i should be good right? you dont need the part 107 unless your trying to sell them stuff, im just trying to see if there is a demand for that here but showing interest, if im showing pictures to sell then I would need my part 107 right? thanks
Great video thank you for that. i would like to know Who organize the houses so nice. ? is it the the customer responsibility ? or this is Part of the service?
you dont live in Bulgaria. Here its more like 300 lv ( or 150 USD ) the cheapest, most people dont want to pay even with expensive business ( its cynd a built in preception for bulgarians not to pay )...
I’m glad you asked this question. I can tell you he’s built his business by being the CHEAP GUY. 3000 a week with multiple shooters is pretty effing low. RE photography is a grind for sure. People think it’s great and they’ll become rich but that’s the furthest thing from the truth. It’s definitely a full time plus job and beyond. I left a 125 thousand dollar job a year as a petrochemical inspector and I think about going back every day 😂
Can you use the air 2S for the inside tours? I’m asking cause that’s the one I have and I really want to do this but I don’t have the budget to get the Avata.
You'd need prop guards for sure. I don't have the Air 2s but I do have the Mini 3 and I know you can turn off gps and fly it in cinematic mode in a way that it still keeps level etc. I figure its doable, but quite difficult. But yeah prop guards at a minimum before attempting it.
You could take the props off and literally walk around holding the drone. Because of the 3 axis gimbal, it'll make your walk thru super smooth and no one would even know.
First, anyone who wants to be a sUAS pilot needs to be certified by the FAA. Do NOT fly a drone for profit in America without proper certification. You will get caught and regret it.

Thank you to Skyview Experts! Check them out on instagram!
Wow there is so many people in Michigan already, that’s a bummer I was interested in this
Are they in Michigan? Are they hiring??!😅 I just got my 107 and trying to learn as much as I can. Great video thank you 🙏
Hey, curious how your first year has gone with your 107? Just got mine and planning to pull the trigger on a drone in the next month.
These are great videos, keep doing them!
thank you! what business would you like to see next?
This was great!
The one house looks like the one on White Lake. Great shots!

those people don't have a part 107 license, so they are operating illegally
I live just outside of LA county. My neighbors dog operates a drone. Everyone and everything has a drone.
I been taking great shots for real estate in my trailer park!
Do sports games with a drone
Which app do you use to edit your video

I think you need a license to fly regardless of doing business. I may be wrong though, just double check and make sure.
no you dont need one to fly, but thanks for trying i looked it up, when you sell or try to promote you do seems to be@@JakeCortes-t8f

Great video
thank you for that.
i would like to know Who organize the houses so nice. ?
is it the the customer responsibility ?
or this is Part of the service?
Not me watching this video in Traverse City right now learning about this.
Doin jobs on your own??? So, since you have to have a part 107 to do this as a job, what happened to your spotter??
You only need a spotter if you’re flying FPV with goggles.
..
Good Values
good to hear it's still appreciated

Do you need to take a course/license to operate a drone. Not sure if he mentioned it
idk did u get the answer?
Yes I talked to someone yesterday
@Sub250 aerial shots thanks I am looking test up now
Just watched video about test. The test seems really hard just to take pics of homes. But I am gonna stick with it
Hi I have a Mavic air and my question is can you do commercial work in a area that is red my dji wont even fly
I would like to start a business
Yeah if you are in the US then you need a commercial license which is easy to get and you can get approval from the faa to fly in those areas
I have a mini and am registered with ffa maybe this is sothing I could do as a side job
You will need a Part 107 Certificate to fly commercially.
Thank you!

$3000/wk then subtract for leadgen expenses, editors depreciation and staff. Insurance. The question is, what is the net income?

How hard is it to fly a drone? I feel like if I tried my drone would crash😅
Not that hard. You fly easy. Just stay under 500feet . I hit a powr line and damage the drone

Great videos and info. I wont have to work this hard because I don't lead a lavish lifestyle lol
Can you translate this into Australian
You’re so wrong about IG and TikTok. It’s unreal how many people say the same thing though.
He’s a real estate videographer not a drone guy

drone businesses are finished.. in the USA when the government banns dji drones.
3k per week?? LOOOLL yeah right in the USA of course, try that in EUrope! LOOOLL 350$ per video and if... lool
